Pure contact has always been top class, polite and always willing to help with any issues. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company are absolutely terrible. I just joined in September and i have had being left without broadband twice already. 1st occasion my Internet was not restored for 4 full days. I had to ring on every occasion to get an update. Not in their policy to update customers themselves. No timeline given on when it would be restored. It has happened again and same story you have to follow up. Take no responsibility and put everything back on NBI who you can't contact. Stay away would be my advice!!

Our landline stopped working and talked to Rosie on Wednesday afternoon, by Friday morning the technician had sorted the issue. Rosie and the pure team were unbelievably helpful and rang on two occasions to update me on the suitation.

I have been with Pure Telecom for 11 months and have had no problems with our Optical Fibre broadband and so I have been very happy with the service. I therefore phoned them to renew the contract for a further 12 months when the current one expires in a month’s time. The person I spoke to was Abbey. The process only took a few minutes, so I was very pleased.

Had a problem with the line and Rachel had the engineer call out within 2 days and problem has been resolved. Thanks for your help Rachel. Excellent service 👏

After my initial talk to Billing where i was extremely upset and stressed i was put through to cancellations. Samantha was brilliant. She went through the stages calmly and slowly. Told me what i had to do.
After i carried out her instructions i called her back. The whole experience was very professional, very calming and accurate.

Quick and easy to update my new price as my old contract was finished. From calling to finish with the same cobtract but cheaper took less than 3 minutes.

All via email, but nearly instantaneous responses, giving clear signal that I was in good hands.

Had a recent phone call with samanta what a lovely, friendly, positive attitude she had on the phone. Samanta had my enquiry sorted within mins very easy to deal with. I have been a satisfied customer for a few years now and will continue to do so. Pure Telecom is a excellent service provider for me for the last few years and i highly recommend them.
