Many thanks to Rachal for her kindness and help regarding a problem i had with my router. Which is to be replaced.

The man who answered today was called Daniel. He went out of his way to help me get back online. In fact he went as far as helping me try to fix it so that I wouldn't have this problem again.

Their Customer Care department is excellent, resolved an account query to my complete satisfaction very promptly. Also never had any problems with the service.

I bought a robot lawnmower. try as I might..it would not pair with the network. I spoke with pure technical support and after a lot of tries..and the setting up of a new password for a new 24ghz connection it finally paired. great work by Christoper.thanks.

So disappointing after I was advised to go to this company for broadband. The engineer came to install and it was a big job to get it set up including a new pole, asking neighbours permission to connect over their land etc and told the signal may not be great in the end because of the trees. He said he could cancel as we needed to move in quickly and get an alternative service. He did not tell me I would still be charged 60 euro for absolutely nothing. Called assuming I would be refunded and no I am still being charged for 'refusing service.' The engineer basically advised me not to do it. I was also not going to install something that would take weeks and may not work well in the end. Still told the charge stands. Absolute rip off.

Rachel was helping me today, she needs a big raise for the service she provided as I had issues with having issues solved in the past but Rachel got everything done quickly and set us up with a new box and plan without issues, there should be more like Rachel out there

I've been in contact twice in the last few days with Pure Telecom, first was to report a fault, which turned out to be at the NBI pole. The fault was fixed the next day with minimum disruption. Today I contacted them about my contract and I have a new improved contract for the coming year (Thanks Abbey in Sales). Very happy customer here

In install purecom in sep this year since iv install it iv had nothing but prom with breakdown first is was the routher then the cable then the camara that install iv been on to the company many times the wont ring me back iv told them that these were not the prom iv never got this prom with other prover their manger will not ring me back he prom say another bad customer i just need it sort i was a service manger for years they are treat me as a idiot i would call on pure telecom manger to contact me please to sort out this prom iv done electron service for years i was a trouble shooter for a big company so please get in touch with me to sort this prom out

Dealt with Daniel very helpful and worked through until issue was resolved.

I couldn't log in on my account tried for 2 days but on calling Puretelecom spoke with a staff named Eddie who fixed my problem immediately was very helpful ,talked me through the process with respect this made me assured however small or big a problem is they are there to help solve it very Happy and gratefull for your service

Like to tell everyone to stay well away from pure rip-off. There internet is way to slow and the are ripping me off on a so called claw back of just under 300 euro .I am paying them 5 euros a month and ill let you know what a rip off hunger show pure rip-off are and stay well away .sad sad shower.stay away

Internet not working the other day. Messaged pure telecom, put through to help very quickly. Had the thing sorted in a matter of minutes, and I was back up and running. Very professional. Thanks

They offer much lower prices to new customers. They charge more if you renew your contact and even more if you are out of contact based on the fact that you won't go through the hassle of changing providers.

My call was answered immediately. The problem was solved in minutes. Excellent service.
