I contacted pure because I was locked out of my account. They quickly replied and got me sorted. It was by email I contacted them. I believe a lady called Theresa dealt with my problem. Well done you.

I was experiencing difficulties with what I thought was my modem but turned out to be my phone - Daniel was assisting me - He was extremely patient and thorough - We didn't resolve the issue as it was my phone but Daniel's service was super- Mìle buìochas!

They are knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy. I enquired about an original service ie, phone line on PTSD (Copper wire) & broadband on ADSL (Not fibre to the wall) as for an elderly relative as she lives alone and she wanted basic broadband and a separate landline (Not VOIP) incase of power failure. They were excellent and very reasonably priced. Liam.

Excellent customer service from an Irish company. Samantha was friendly and efficient and gave me a great deal when renewing the contracts.

Just called as I was out of contract. Renewed quickly and easily without arguments or delays. Would recommend Pure Telecom highly because they answer the phone, so I know if there are technical issues, I will be able to talk to a person without being on hold for hours.

Made a call to Pure Telecom this morning. My call was answered immediately. I spoke to ABBEY about renewing my contract. She was very helpful and I got a very good deal. I have been with Pure Telecom for several years. Very happy with ABBEY and PURE.

My house phone line has been broken constantly for a few months and can't seen to be fixed at all. Engineers will call after a long wait, supposedly fix the issue and within a day the line is broken again. The real issue isnt been fixed which is all the phone lines in my area are in a state of disrepair and Pure Telecom will not do anything to repair the major problem. This is an ongoing problem in the area and is being reported constantly by everyone but been ignored completely by Pure Telecom.

Daniel was extremely polite and really helpful, his manner was exceptional and was a pleasure to speak with!

Ive been a customer of Pure Telecom for 5 yrs now going into my 6th. Never had a days trouble with them. Spoke with Samantha there as contract was finishing in a few days, offered faster internet for the same price. Great customer service and very prompt , took all of 3mins on the phone to sort , no faffing around
