The call was answered within a few minutes. Abbey sorted everything out with no hassle. I've been with this company for 10 years and would not consider switching to anyone else. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sarah was excellent, very helpful in dealing with my problem. Couldnt recommend Pure highly enough as i have been with other providers who couldnt hold a canle to them. Have been with Pure many years now and so happy with them.

The best customer service I've ever come across. I have broadband with them, and the IT technicians are very fast at sorting out issues. When my contract is up, all you need to do is give them a call; if they have anything available, they offer it straight away, which saves time and cuts call duration to a minimum.

Had a brilliant experience with Daniel from Pure Telecom fixing an issue caused by a competitor. Top tier service and fostered significant loyalty. Great job.
Isobel and Samantha were also great.

Well I was told I would be live on Wednesday so my provider cut off my service and I hadn’t got a modem which should have been with me but wasn’t made several calls and was told a supervisor would call me back in 10 to 20 mins but never happened call this morning spoke to a guy called Ben who then checked and actually emailed me to say it was in its way just as I was beginning to regret my decision to change when I got it my landline wasn’t up and running so called tech support and spoke to Daniel who was more than helpful and am now up and running without Ben and Daniel I can guarantee you I would have used my 14days cooling off and cancelled so I’m hoping no further problems

She arranged for an engineer to come out.. he arrived the next day and sorted it.
Always find the staff super helpful.

A company that respects loyalty to customers just signed up for a third year

Very helpful when I called the customer service centre regarding access to my account online.
Pointed out to me that my annual subscription was up for review and as promised a representative from the loyalty team called me the next day with a competitive broadband and phone package for another year. Last year they suggested a new updated modem.
I am extremely satisfied with Pure.

We’ve been with pure since this time last year . I had a VM message saying that our company contract was up and the bill would go up to €50 pcm . We rang to cancel and told them we’d be leaving at the end of the month , suddenly the woman decides that she will reduce the fee to €42 . No thanks , there are better deals , so she then threatens to cut my line off or I have t9 keep paying this €50 . This is the line that WE paid to have installed over three years ago. I said just cut the service, you’ve no reason to do anything with the line . She then started t@liking to me like a was five years old . Using words like and I quote “ is there’s someone else I can speak to as YOU clearly don’t understand ! “. While I appreciate anyone speaking bluntly and in plain terms, I don’t need rudeness and I won’t put up with it as a paying customer . Pure broadband , you need a little better input in your customer training and call handling ….starting with Nicola ! It’s a shame , because the only other person we spoke to was Owen ( sorry my spellcheck keeps changing his name and I know that spelling is incorrect, ) and he was lovely , but her rudeness and impatient attitude was distressing . For that reason , we’re out.
