He claimed they can give us the reporting we need for music licensing (PRS in UK) which they can't, and proceeded to give us some other stations data which is clearly not ours at all. There are plenty other cheaper and better options now. They were pretty good in 2010s, got worse year by year. Glad to have closed the account now, saving £170 a year. And even James from radio.co still things we can get what we want from radio.co, when Phil has confirmed they were wrong, they can't.

Agree with Hein. We have been with Radio.co for about 7 years. We experience hiccups all the time. They never accept responsibility for technical issues. When they do not know the answer they just abandon you and do not respond to your messages. You try to contact management and you get ignored. I suspect the technical ability of their staff is quite limited.

Radio.co is a great platform for radio broadcasts and broadcasting in general. An easy-to-use to use tool to use for any kind of communicators generally. The support services get back to you within 24hrs and they also provide training for beginners.

We have used radio.co since January 2024 as a platform for our radio station cloud hosting and, while most of the core features work fantastically well as expected, our overall experience has now been viewed by our paying station membership as very disappointing — mainly regarding their app service.
We pay for the 2 apps as part of the service package, this was to be built originally and then maintained by them but this aspect has evidently been poorly handled. Communication around the apps has been very vague, very slow, and often reactive rather than proactive. Deadlines have been missed, expectations were not managed properly, and we were left chasing them for action. The BOT message system is pointless to use. In November, Google notified us via email that our Android App needed critical updates urgently and set a deadline. We informed the admin team at Radio.co and were assured by email it would be resolved pronto and would not be a problem. We had had some marketing expensive material printed with QR codes for these `maintained` apps and were concerned as we could not send this out to local businesses and individuals in the Christmas run up a very important time for us to be part of the community and generate funds for ourselves as the android QR code did not work now! A short time later, the App was removed for download from the Google Playstore. We informed Radio.co of this deletion email from google who said they would sort it out. We heard nothing from admin for weeks, we messaged again in early December and were partially refunded £21 with the admin team being `on it`. Nothing happened In December, into January now, messages left by us went unanswered or actioned for days. Still no App fix. On Friday 23rd Jan 2026 we were told it would be finally worked on and resolved over the weekend. Monday 26th came, App store rejected failure notice email did too! So here we are, today 30th Jan, we was told it`s fixed only to receive yet another rejection failure notice via email moments later! Still no working Android app months on.
As a digital radio station only, listener apps are a key part of how we reach and retain our audience. Being let down in this area has had a direct impact on our growth and credibility, we have had potential listeners unable to use us on their android devices since November 2025 now and we feel this has not been taken seriously enough.
Support responses have been polite, but politeness doesn’t make up for a lack of delivery. Overall, we feel the service has not lived up to what was sold to us, and the experience has caused unnecessary frustration and lost time.
We hope radio.co improves their transparency and reliability, especially around app services, as this is an area where they have genuinely let us down. Maybe less Ai development or stop making videos for a month and get your admin team up to speed please. We would like admin to respond to this and feel rather shocked this is the only way to get a proper response from the admin

My experience with Radio.co has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning of our partnership, we encountered numerous technical issues that negatively impacted our station and our listeners.
In 2024, after multiple attempts to reach out for assistance with service quality problems, we were left waiting for responses that never came. We lost a significant number of listeners due to ongoing interruptions in streaming, which was a substantial blow to our operation.
Despite making timely payments, we cannot say we received the level of service one would expect from a professional platform. The process of being transferred from one server to another was chaotic, and communication from the Radio.co team was insufficient or, in some cases, completely ignored.
As a result, we made the decision to migrate to a competitor. We are now independent and have no regrets about this choice. I believe there is still much room for improvement in customer service and service continuity at Radio.co. I sincerely discourage anyone from using this platform, especially if you value stability and good communication.

I am with Radio.co almost 8 years. I love this platform for its modern interface and easy managing. also great tools and videos. but: The Customer support is terrible.There is no way you can get live support from the team. There is no way topi can get prompt response. I think they are understaffed. I am trying to start new channel almost for 4 month and still no final success.their response time is almost one week if not more....Terrible customer support and if Radio.co Management will check the "one star reviews" - ( only way to get their attention as I see) most of them complains about the same - BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Which means YOU GUYS NEED TO IMPROVE IT AND RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS ISSUES PROMPTLY!Takes days and weeks ! I am asking about the status of my New channel for weeks now....No response .
it's a 24/7 RADIO station not a regular public library service....

Absolutely no communication, except a clueless bot. I looks as though Radio.co has died a painful death. I recommend using any of the other platforms, as this one doesn't exist any longer.
This doesn't have anything to do with banking, billing, or similar problems. It has to do with our SCHEDULE, and there have been umpteen e-mails, with replies. It is SILVER TRUMPET RADIO.

Cashbox Radio has been with Radio.co for over seven years now. It has the BEST tech support that I have outshining our other platforms. It is also the easiest format to learn 'how to radio' at a very reasonable rate.

My only note is that you should really make it clear that I need to be directed to the chat, and need to physically ask for an agent to do the 2FA business. It was a little hidden on the calendar invite.
I figured it out, but I'm not sure if it's full-proof.
