I had a billing issue this morning and as a result, my station was off the air. I tried to resolve the issue myself, but Radio.co's website wasn't cooperating with me. I therefore sent in a message seeking help. Beings that Radio.co is in the UK and I'm in the USA, I fully expected that my issue might not get resolved for at least 24 hours due to the time difference. However, it was early in the morning in the USA and Matt from Radio.co was standing by, ready to help. The entire issue got resolved within about 15 minutes! This is the 3rd Internet radio station that I've started and the first with Radio.co and I wouldn't want to go anyplace else! Their system seems to be bullet proof and if you need help, there is always somebody willing to jump in and help. I can't say enough good things about Radio.co as they are the best of the best!!!!

The customer service is 10 stars, The follow up time is quick efficient. A one chat, message or call resolution is on point. The tutorials are awsome, interactive organized amd straight to the point. The lay out and its functionality are and is the best in the market just perfect. The price are good somewhat affordable... Overall an 8.5@9 rating.... THE ONLY THING MISSING OR FLAWED IS A BETTER PLANS, KEEP IN MIND SOUND QUALITY LISTENERS STORAGE SPACE REGION OF LISTENERS DISTRIBUTION OF THE LISTENERS(LIKE SONOS,APP,DEVICES) SECURITY AND MONETIZATION OF RADIO ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE AMOUNT OF DJS .. i gone through may a few of the broadcasting software more than i care to mention amd most to all have better amounts djs than radio.co most have unlimited amount or start out with a high number of djs allowed .. and this is where radio.co is lacking ...

Fantastic platform that makes setting up your own radio station ridiculously easy.
I've worked in radio for 20 years. Approaching radio.co I was a little nervous. I can talk rubbish on air but would I be able to grasp the technicals.
The answer is yes. It's simple enough to stumble through and when I did need assistance, the help team were prompt and explained things in very basic terms.
The user interface is very intuitive and I had a thoroughly fun time using it. Recommend very highly.

I recently launched our internet radio station and THE FEELGOOD STATION with the brilliant RADIO.CO
I looked at many radio streaming hosts and this is by far THE BEST OF THE LOT!
Easy to use and most importantly they give you one to one help and advice in setting up and with all the technical issues you may have. It is also very easy to use following their YOU TUBE tutorials that cover all subjects related to setting up and running your own station.

So years and years ago I was heavily involved with BFBS (British forces broadcast service) and lots of RSL's (Restricted service licence) and several MW and FM radio stations.Then life kicks in and all was forgotten, however the passion was still there.
Then came the covids which gave me lots of free time to relight that broadcasting fire,after researching the subject of how much,what material,should I have a web site,would it be sort of pod cast,which software and lots more, I fell on Radio.Co which turned out to be the answer to all my questions AND MORE.
These guys have it covered in everyway and whilst yes there is competition, these guys are just so professional,they advise they help,they explain they know radio 100%, they are just fantastic.The cloud based software allows you create your very own station allowing you to create all that you imagined AND MORE. The software is just absolutely superb and so easy to use and allows you to completely control your dream radio station, so you are the presenter, station manager,and playlist boss. Now the best bit is the price but I won't spoil this for you..just go to the website "Radio.Co" and be surprised as I was.
Would I recommend them.....hell yes they have allowed myself and many many others to share our passion for music, local events,sport,news,talk shows and all the wonderful ingredients of owning your own radio station using the latest up to date technology.

I wanted to leave a review here to encourage users to join and or stay on the radio.co platform. I've tested every radio and streaming platform I could find on the market.
I've compared speed of tech support in chat and email, stability of their cloud in terms of downtime (which consistently has zero effect on my services), community involvement with other radio DJs and how sharing success with getting setup and maximizing the platforms capabilities as well as price comparisons of unlimited users versus unlimited data and being able to push and pull the amount of data throughput to keep costs at bay without losing users. Across all of those metrics, including app development and support, I have not found one service that can matchpoint radio.co. Sure, when you have Coca-Cola, you also have Pepsi competing; right? It's a matter of taste when the best two take each other one and a blind taste test works.
Me? I'm a coca-cola man. I like Pepsi and I'll drink it, but it just doesn't have the flair, the burn, the taste and the brand power of good ol' Coca-Cola. In a world of endless commercial enterpises and your choices on the brand you trust, you may very well enjoy your Pepsi and I'm not knocking it, but in all my experience and testing, Radio.co is about as Coca-Cola as it gets. You know precisely what you're going to get, it works and it's familiar and effective.
My loyalty to radio.co isn't based on sugar water and caffeine, but it's the best analogy I can give you when it comes to choosing a fantastic brand and product and what it has to offer in a world of $.89 two liters that ain't as good as one can of coca-cola (or better put, in a world of data and users for radio streaming and the price and results being terrific). I hope this makes sense. I hope I've made it clear why you should risk it to start with radio.co and stay -they truly care about their services and they sure as heck ain't selling sugar water; they're selling the best doggone radio stream and hosting platform on Earth.
Spend the dime. Do your best to grow as you personally on your own struggle to make a great radio station and monetize it; but know that the framework and blueprint under what you do, building that stability on radio.co, is bar none the best way to move toward technical, day to day operational success.
One last note? I'm just a solo guy and I'm not paid by anyone (which is critical for you to know I'm independent from bias), I never give five stars to anything, and my own station is struggling because I'm still in startup (that's my growth problem), but if radio.co didn't exist, I'd be stuck looking at my own computer wondering why I didn't jump and stay with the best radio service I could find. Sure, a station costs money to run, but we all know, as we start our stories in radio in this new digital age, somebody really smart figured out a way for us ahead of time. Somebody blazed a trail. Thank you, radio.co

Were do I start
A little history first I have been involved in Radio since the mid 80's after a long break I got the oppertunity To play on Club Ready Radio with 60 plus other DJs the entire system was based on the Radio.co software and services and BUTT,
In testing everything seemed fine there were transition issues DJ to DJ and we had to incorperate a workaround with drops between DJ's and the odd drop out which we put down to DJ net connections, after a while the stability we had seemed to dissapear constant drop outs which in all fairness kills the listener experience listeners move on and its hard to get them back, we investigated all avenues so whats changed? well from our end the bottom line is nothings changed, for a while we blamed BUTT as there were a couple of new releases it turns out that was unfair and BUTT wasnt the issue and BUTT is rock solid, this very same problem was replicated on Broadcaster all of a sudden a common denominator is starting to appear, lots of investigations and lots of blame on the DJs well our DJs are part time they consist of IT technicians, programmers and also a couple of network engineers, oh and a Microsoft Beta Tester all of which were racking thier brains as to the issues we were up against. we gradually droped the service from 320kbps down to the absolute minimum and still sufferred constant drop outs, we insisted all our DJs connect only via a hardwaired internet connection we still had failures we run a spreadsheet and collected the date from every single DJ regarding setups most have high speed connections a lot have dedicated PCs for radio and rekordbox and still the drop outs continued, if you cant keep online on a 500/50 and an i9 with 32 gig of Ram something is wrong, my thoughts on this are simple and this is my honest opinion the test server is great gets you hooked no issues initially, once your in and signed up got all your apps working things get throttled down and there just isnt enough bandwidth provided to supply a stable service. I may well be wrong but to blame the DJ's and we have 60 plus, especially when we have so many tech guys within the team is just ridiculous, there is so much knowledge within the group yet we cannot find an answer and quite frankly we have been led up the garden path test after test and failure after failure,
over the last couple of weeks we decided to drop out of the Radio.co service and go with Citrus which is a shame as Radio.co do have an all singing all dancing back end but we want the singing to come out of a set of speakers, we have only experienced 1 drop so far and that was an internet connection issue for a fraction of a second and due to the DJs remote location, the sound quality is far superior too which makes me feel the transcoders were maybe shrinking the end product down far too much, volume levels are probably 60% higher and matching that of other music sources the quality in 320 is amazing good sound seperation sharp highs and booming lows and quite frankly how it should have been from day 1, at last we can get on with building our station back up.
To summarise im just going to drop a Public Enemy song title Don't Believe the Hype!!!

Whilst I apreciate you are frustrated with the negative comments from the DJs of the station, you seem to forget you have a duty of care to your clients, we have been in contact the entire duration regarding the problems a full log of all the complaints and replies has been kept and it doesnt make for pretty reading,
We as a group are also frustrated that we signed up to Radio.co and after 7 years of development they still cannot provide a service that works, The cost to us 'Club Ready Radio' has been quite heavy the cost to move to a provider that can supply the service designing and paying for new apps the loss of advertising revenue has come to a good amount.
Then there is the potential loss of artist signings working closely with the music industry and promoting our work through the station is how we move forward having an unstable product to showcase on is about as useful as a chocolate teapot so forgive me if im dissapointed we have wasted 4 months and a fair amount of money in the process.
