Rain takes payment but does not allocate to the accounts -Billing team needs competent people
My recurring card payment was successfully deducted three days ago, yet my internet services remain disconnected due to an alleged pending payment. I have provided a redacted bank statement and proof of payment, and while your team has acknowledged successful receipt, the issue remains unresolved. I have received four support ticket numbers but no callbacks. This ongoing problem is severely impacting my livelihood. Please rectify this situation immediately.

Stop advertising Contracts as "month to moth" subscription

Delivery was within 24 hours and seemless. I had very bad setup problems with almost no speeds. Got hold of Cedric at their helpline and he was professional and highly knowledgeable. I now have perfect speeds and I can't express my joy enough. Thank you Cedric and thank you Rain.

I was going through a very frustrating situation with my previous internet provider. Nosiphiwo was incredible. She was so happy on the phone, it felt like she knew me. She had a lot patience with coordinating my new set up with my old account I had with Rain a few years ago. I loved talking to her...This girl deserves a raise!

RAIN is a useless company, just like MTN. Cancelled with them in April 2026, and they still have not done anything about cancelling. I sent the router back in April, and they are still deducting money from my account.

Now it’s 1 September, still not sorted no refund but emails full of promises. Corrupt just like our government. People, still had better service at MTN.

Rain Wifi offers a Month to Month basis but when you stop it they still charge a months premium and still cut the wifi for that month this is the worst Wifi provider ever.
