If I could give zero stars I would tried to set up a trade account gave them the same certification and information as two work colleges their account got accepted and mine didnt honestly doesnt make sense at all.

The buying experience was excellent next day delivery great but unfortunately two of my customers have complained about the quality of the hair I have installed which is very disappointing as I have loyal clients and personally recommend Remi Cachet to them.

Love the products I normally have good service. But I sent hair extensions back which I ordered by mistake for £198 I never received my refund. They keep saying they have refunded me. But it was for a previous returned item. Very disappointed in them

While next day delivery is the service selected, it is unfortunately not a guaranteed delivery date. It’s provided as an estimated delivery timeframe, and on rare occasions delays can occur once a parcel reaches the DPD depot.
I can see that there was a delay at the depot stage in this case, which is why it arrived later than expected and your order qualified for Free Delivery so there is no payment for this to be refund as goodwill.

Remi cachet always ate great. It’s the delivery DPD that causes problems. So if you order from the choose Royal Mail & you’ll get your order next day what you pay for. DPD never deliver on time. Airbus fab quality I have it in myself and my clients love it

Always excellent customer service and resolved an issues immediately. I accidentally put the wrong address in and this was a seamless process, not the headache I was expecting.

Beautiful quality hair, twin tabs were so easy to apply. Looks exactly the same as the tapes in the head but a much easier less messy application and removal. Will definitely recommend

Really disappointed with the quality of…
Really disappointed with the quality of hair, there was a definite colour change between techniques, I ordered weft and tapes from the same range and the colours did not match. The hair from the weft was curly and had a damp rough feel about it. CS wasn’t having any of it even with clear photo evidence, I had no choice but to reorder a different range a colour and currently waiting for a refund.

Based on the order details you have provided I can see that there was 2 different ranges ordered and these ranges have different colour ranges from each other. It's also important to note that as the hair is 100% human hair batches can always vary.
