Andrew was very polite and efficient. Careful to clean up afterwards and be cognisant of virus restrictions.
His offsider was very good too and got on with the job efficiently, obviously learned from a good mentor.

Great professional technician
Matthew Fowler is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional technician. He provided advice and information on the baits and traps, how they work, how the pest reacts to the poison, I was was very impressed, he deserves 10 stars.

On Time, Thorough and same day Reporting - Wonderful Personal Touch and Efficient
The office gave me a timely notice of when the inspector was next in my area and then worked with me to book in the ideal visit appointment.
The technician arrived dead on time, performed the inspection thoroughly and quickly.
I received the report via email on the same day of the inspection which showed how wonderfully efficient my local office operates.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

I had a Pest Technician come out on Friday 20/03/2020 Andrew Webster to spray for spiders,
he was very good.
Full PPE gear worn
Safety around the house and what to do after the spraying has been completed explained.
Andrew was very helpful and polite.

Excellent service offered by Andrew. I had requested and was expecting Ebony to arrive so when Andrew turned up I was a little surprised, however Andrew offered to reschedule the inspection, however that wasn’t needed. Andrew did an in-depth inspection, offered his advice and took a common sense approach. He explained everything in detail and I was very happy with his attention to detail and level of service.
FYI to the schedulers in the office. When I booked the inspection I specifically requested Ebony. I was told that my inspection would be carried out by Ebony. Imagine my surprise when Andrew Websters arrived - he is very definitely not a female. Please take note - if a female is requested then there is probably a distinct reason why. I felt very sorry for Andrew who was not aware of my request, to his credit he was thinking on his feet and offered a selection of options for me.
