I was in a bit of a panic with a busted washing machine. It was all sorted with no fuss.

Everything was as they said. Easy to book, the guys kept me informed of when they would arrive. They were quick, tidy and friendly. As was the lady I spoke to on the phone. All in all a good experience.

I knew the problem with our heat pump tumble dryer which was still working - the fins had closed . Paid £200 upfront for call out and parts. When the engineer arrived he had no information regarding the fault. Said he would report back to head office and they would be in touch . So basically he left very soon after arriving without looking at tumble dryer . Few emails exchanges, which were helpful . Then spoke to someone and told that the dryer contained a banned gas (Samsung heatpump 2 years old) and they would not be able to do it . Was refunded less £79 for call out . Felt this should have been refunded as they knew in advance of engineer visit what the fault was . As an aside other companies would repair (its an expensive repair).

The repair man was very polite and came on time..Thank goodness no parts needed replacing..l was told some kind of refund would be available to me..Great service from all staff.

Excellent communication. Went out of their way to get a convenient time for engineers visit. Engineer was polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend this company. I set up a plan in May 2023 they have not repaired my appliance. They have been sending me texts saying that the parts are being ordered. An engineer came for a total of 10 minutes and told me my appliance was not working.

Before paying any money make sure they have the parts in stock. That is their catch phrase waiting for your parts.

I am still waiting for a contract via email and don’t event have a reference number.

Good contact centre access, phone answered promptly and appropriate service provided. The technician came in the time specified, was polite and efficient. Sorted the leaking valve.

They were quick to come out and very friendly. Repair was done quickly with no mess. Recommend getting a payment plan as this avoids large payments in the future. Very affordable prices for both the plan and the initial repair

Be very careful with this company. Called them to have my washing machine fixed - Very pushy to get a cover policy started and then later on told me that the current fault will not be covered by this cover.

later when I called to cancel the cover because the property was being sold - they cancel immediately but don't offer any refunds for monthly or quarterly payment plans even though they just charged me a few days ago. I won't have any cover from them but they keep 3 months worth of premium!!!!

Although it took a while due to spare parts not being available this service does what it says on the tin.
