This company's website comes up at the top of a Google search. It clones or mirrors the actual hotel website I was intending to book through, which I realized only after completing the reservation. I immediately contacted them every way possible, within 10 minutes. They claim the reservation is nonrefundable. There is no person to talk to. The rate was more than the hotel's actual rate. SCAM

Also, the "confirmation number" is not an actual hotel confirmation number, and it arrived via text from what appears to be a spoofed number - a landline belonging to a retiree in NoCal. A legit business does not communicate that way.

I would not recommend Reservations Portal to anyone. I booked a stay in Atlanta at above the hotels direct rates (2 rooms) on accident. The stay was charged immediately and non-refundable. To top it off, they charged $644 in fees, essentially one room night stay on top of the room prices. Stay away from this site.

I think they intentionally disguise as the actual Hotel website & prompts most customers to book or reserve. All I know is, I typed-in search for hotel near Seaworld & saw Reinassance Hotel Orlando with pictures. Turns-out it was a 3rd party after getting their email confirmation. Their confiramtion number can't be found by Hotel. A dozen calls in 2 days later they give cannot be found by the actual Hotel's staff until 10 days prior to check-in. There is no refund when trying to cancel for whatever reason. I will have to talk to a Hotel Manager because reservation dept says it's cancelled. Unbelievable!
Was given a link to Hotel's Mgmt, told them I'm a veteran, was trying to book a 2 night stay with wife to celebrate our 10th year. Mr. Weeden kept reffering me back to the 3rd party. I replied w/email from the 3rd party indicating they did not cancel & they in fact tramsmitted the reservation to the Hotel. Weeden's reply was. "The reservation shows cacelled" "All the best". What'a nerve! I filed 2 complaints.

Terrible experience

I have contacted company about the room they reserved which is different then the room they booked us. When contacting front desk the room they booked instead of the penthouse we no longer are allowed to include our 2 children in the room. So we have two rooms that only permit 2 of our 4 people and we have tried calling and sent in emails that we have records of and still no offer to fix or refund our money. It was absolutely a horrible experience.

The worst experience. Terrible customer service, present themselves as the "Offical Web Site" of the hotel, they are not. Cant get a English speaking person on the phone, they if you do they keep saying can you repeat that we have a bad connection. Buyer beware, terrible experience.

Very dishonest
They actively avoid any customer service you can only talk to a bot
They charged me $3800 for 4 nights in a $500 a night room
When I got to the hotel there was no room
and they kept my money
Now they tell me to take it up with my credit card company they owe me nothing

Giving 1 just because I cannot give 0. The cost is 50% more than the price of the actual hotel price. Also I do not know why google promotes these type websites.

Web page looks like the actual hotel. No refund months ahead of reservation date. Room price hundreds of dollars over actual hotel reservation site. Worst reservation experience of my life.

Made reservation thru this site for same day thinking I was on the actual hotel website. When I got to the hotel they said it was booked for 2 weeks out, went ahead and took great care of me.. Oh and I paid less than half at the hotel from what I paid this company. A few days later I called this company to get a refund of the original booking and they're telling me that it's nonrefundable and that I'm welcome to reschedule... I don't want to deal with them again after they've already messed up my last booking. Now to determine whether or not it's worth my $500 to try it again or not.. 🤬

I had the same experience as every other 1 star review - fooled into thinking this was the Hampton Inn’s official website - I needed to come a day later than planned and was not allowed to make a change and ended up loosing over $300

Hopefully I can get my Credit Card to deny the charges

NEVER KNOWINGLY USE THE “RESERVATIONS PORTAL”

BEWARE! This is a scam. Reserved a hotel room for three nights at $1500, got to our hotel, and there was no record of our reservation. I spoke with hotel management, who confirmed it was a scam. After calling the very fishy looking number on the reservations, portal website, the woman I spoke to gave me a different confirmation number, which was also incorrect and then said that she needed to talk to her upper management. I told her I would be reporting her and that this is a scam.

I was a little concerned when I first realized that I needed to cancel this booking, which I hadn't realized that I had purchased this stay using a third party, which I had to cancel due to a change in plans. I thought that I was booking it directly off the Hotels website, but it was through HOTELBEDS USA, INC, and not Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino (Hotel) directly. I called the hotel and they said they couldn't cancel it and I needed to contact the party I made it through. I thought OK here we go and thought it was going to be difficult to get the stay cancelled and my money refunded. I tried making a few calls with no progress.
I went back to the email and went to the manage my booking link. It was fixed in a matter of seconds using the portal and concierge chat. It was easier using this feature than trying to hunt someone down on the phone. This literally made my day and I 100% recommend this site and portal to everyone, and I personally will use it moving forward when I make my travel plans.

I absolutely understand it’s Vegas, and it’s a lot of people, but have never experienced a full staff that just does the bare minimum, especially when anything goes off script. From the front staff really not caring, to the guest services when we called in over the phone. Overall it’s a place that wants your money and doesn’t want to say thank you, come again. Lots of options around Vegas. Try elsewhere.

This website is made to look like the official hotel website and jacks up prices and offers zero refunds. I would give zero stars if available. Fraudulent!

I, like many other people here, was fooled into thinking it was the hotels official website. When I couldn't use the dates I booked, I was out $680. Why are businesses like this allowed to operate? They provide absolutely no value.

Edit: when i submitted multiple tickets explaining that the $680 fee that could not be expensed to my company would cause me financial hardship, they replied with the canned response you see below. Refunding the money costs them nothing (because they provide no value to the process of booking a hotel), but they've "won", so why give up the money? Immoral and unjust. It's a scam company

Booked a hotel and immediately realized that I needed to cancel. I reached out to them within minutes to cancel and was told that they would make no exception because it was a "non refundable rate" and that a refundable rate was supposedly shown. It was not and that is a lie. I went back to their website through the booking process to see and nowhere was a refundable rate shown and "non refundable" was in the tiniest, easy to miss (deceptive) place. After researching, the rate listed is also price gouging and 60% more than the actual hotel's rate with all tax and fees included. This company is terrible and not customer friendly at all. I would 100% never ever use their company again. They made no attempt to make me happy or even discount to attempt to match the hotel's listed rate. I have contacted Hilton and reported them as an agent to no longer work with. Also, they make bookings under a completely different name. Fraud all around.

Edited to add-no your website is not transparent, just as many other reviewers have stated. You pay for SEO to have your website look like the hotel site on purpose so you can be deceitful. You LIED in your email to me that there are refundable options on the site. There are ZERO. The hotel even says that the reservation is able to be cancelled with zero fees until June 3rd. This company is fraudulent liars and the many many reviews and reports to BBB all prove it.

From the time enter the door of Caesars Palace it was a great experience and check into the hotel I was greeted with royalty.
The suite was even better than the picture shown., the staff was amazing and room was very clean. The quality of the hotel excellent.
Really enjoyed my stay, I’ll be back.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I accidentally booked the wrong date and discovered the error at check-in. Hilton confirmed they would waive the cancellation fee, yet Reservations Portal still charged me. Customer service was unhelpful, management refused to speak with me directly, and multiple “tickets” were submitted with no follow-up despite promises to call or email. In the end, I was charged for a stay I never used. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will never use this company again. Stay away.

Your response is incorrect. No one explained anything. In fact, Hilton confirmed they would not be charging a fee and they would be happy to talk to you, but your team would not engage. The $750 charge to change dates was wholly your company, and because of the phantom “we will put in a ticket and get back to you” I was charged for the entire stay that I did not use. I paid separately upon checking at Hilton. Let’s not try to falsify things, reservations portal. You were wrong.

Great concierge that had so much recommendations for my stay which made the trip so much more fun.
