Avoid this letting agent, unprofessional

Highly recommend using them to rent your property if you want them to constantly place in noisy, drug taking students who will throw loud parties every night.

If I could give this business a minus review I would. Before you even consider going through these conmen, consider without all their fake 5 star reviews they are an under 2 star business. No doubt all these fakes to put a 5 star rating 'by google' on their website when it currently stands at 4.3 anyway.
The property let to me is an absolute disgrace, no respect to the tenants by providing basic and required services such as mould removal. I have health conditions and have been continuously fighting horrific and disgusting mould throughout this flat and particularly in my own bedroom for over 5 months. I cannot sleep in my own room.
The piping is awful, I have had the wall ripped out of my room, plastered, and then completely forgotten about and not painted over again.
The light switches explode from time to time and terify me and my flatmates, so bear that in mind if you move in.
Regarding the piping, when our toilet with a dreadful and pointless macerator broke, a plumber came to fix it and left an extension cord on the floor of the bathroom for 3 whole days. Not to mention, took 5 days to fix a toilet shared by three people.
I cannot wait for the prospect of new tenants arriving as I will not be hesitating to tell them how much of a disgrace this company is and what a terrible rip off they are.

I know estate agents have a bad name but boy these guys are really the worst.
Before moving in they pressured me to sign the contract for 24 months rather than the 12 I wanted to sign for. They also did everything they could to keep in place atrocious penalties in case of a break clause. When I finally moved into my new studio flat they lost a pair of keys and refused to make a copy blaming covid. They gave me an inventory report that was at least one year old and full of utter lies. They never answer your calls or emails, you are basically on your own if something bad happens in the flat, took over 3 months to receive my deposit back when I finally left. Jay and Farzana are the worst of the worst

I was lied to from my very first conversation all the way through. Also, they pressured me to sign and move forward, but the first instance I needed something, I was ignored for a week. It also seems like they don't have a working phone number because none of their numbers rang and I had to rely on e-mails. They also keep ads up once the security deposit is taken, which is very bad. This company made me extremely uncomfortable and stressed.

The worst agency in London. We were lied to about the circumstances of the flat (told it was long term repeatedly before being told when we'd moved in by the Landlord it was a short term let). Clearly just wanted get their commission during COVID and will tell prospective tenants anything to get it. Communication terrible, Louis, Farzana and Jay will dodge your calls as long as they can do. Judging by other reviews, if you have any feeling that something is not right then it definitely isn't and they are trying to rip you on and ruin your plans. Avoid like the plague, only a matter of time until they get caught out.

I rented a property in Victoria through this agent. They provided a lot of listing options for me and I was able to get something close to what I wanted. However, there were a number of issues with the unit I took up and we are working on those at the moment.

Very high standard of service offered by the entire staff.In particular Farzana and Odete are not only superbly competent, professional and very intelligent but above all very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate all of my requests and made me feel instantly at home. I was particularly impressed by the speed of execution of the multitude of tasks required of Farzana, it was such a relief not to have to remind her of any of my requests, ready and done the same day. Such a relief to have an attentive and accommodating Property Manager looking after you. I can’t thank enough the rest of the staff also, starting from Kosh, the General Manager all the way to Jay, Shaun and Francisco, thank you very much

Francesco is a superstar. He continually communicated well and brought in many viewings and kept me (landlord) updated. Although i found a tenant privately, i would not hesitate to work with RR again. Thanks

Unprofessional agency who use lies to sell their property

Joe Flynn renovated an old building in the Munjoy Hill part of Portland, Maine and sold it. I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy from him. He outright lied to me saying that I could use my unit as an AirBnB. He also covered up that the roof needed to be replaced within 1-2 yrs., he painted over the stairs that are in need of repair, AND said the radon levels were fine when we found out we have to get a radon mitigation system. We're having to pay extra assessments as well as the monthly association fee .... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE. He refused to help us out except in minimal ways. The water heating system he had installed only heated enough for 25% of what we needed. He is NOT AN HONEST PERSON to say the least. BEWARE BUYING FROM JOSEPH FLYNN JR. (not his parents- they have a good reputation in real estate.). Talk to anyone in our Association and they will agree w/ me.
