I was on my own and feeling overwhelmed, but Rachel Hazel was really helpful and gave some excellent advice which helped me to look at more options.
The managers at the over 55's places were also very helpful and encouraging. The lovely Melanie even let me stay in their guest suite, on the recommendation of Rachel, so I could get a feel for the place and the area. I couldn't have done it without her and Rachel so thank you ladies. Lynn and Beverly too at the other places I viewed.
They all helped to boost my confidence to take this next step and find the right place for me.

Really Excellent Service - We had tried two other Estate Agents who seemed to firstly not understand the building or the market to sell. Rachel Hazell was amazing from the very start and extremely professional. She returned all our phone calls and emails extremely promptly and got the property on the market and sold within a reasonable period of time.
