We were really pleased with our viewing experiences with RHS. We had viewed a number of retirement properties with other agents, and had been shocked by the service - we were accompanied by people who knew nothing about the buildings, their communal features and, in one instance, hadn't even built in sufficient time to view the communal features. By contrast, we were able to view the properties on with RHS with the building managers, who knew everything about their buildings and could show us everything and answer all our questions, all completely unrushed - the viewings were led by what we wanted to see and ask, and how long we wanted to take. The post-viewing process with Charlotte and others in the team was easy, pleasant and efficient.
