They can refill my daughters and my prescriptions promptly without telling us we are to soon,by 2 -4 days,they can give you enough to last but expect us to go with out medications that have bad side effects if you stop taking them,and the young man there clearly hates his job,I need to take an anxiety pill just to deal with him but guess what I can’t get them.

I found the staff who work there are very rude! It looks like they hate their jobs! They treat customers like garbage! Besides that Rexall Pharmacy is the most expensive store in Toronto! Some items are 300% more expensive than other stores I found online! There’s no point of shopping there anymore!

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy will charge your credit card card on file without your knowledge or permission. DO NOT trust this company with your banking info. I wasn't even present when the charge happened and they gave my prescription to someone other than me. I've never given permission for this. If I had been present I would have declined the charge being done and the meds. I would have gone elsewhere but that option was taken away from me. They refuse to refund and laugh at you over the phone when you call. The manager dodged my calls for over a month. I called several times to follow up. I was told if i got paper work in to them they would refund the issue. Then they refused the refund when i did as asked by them. I recommend going elsewhere. Not worth the headache or being disrespected. The location is 832 March road. In Kanata.

this business is so horrible and what kind of customer service is this? Me and my friends where just trying to get snacks from Rexall and this lady kept following us around everywhere we go, and she talked to us thinking we where stealing and she said a lot of teenagers aren’t aloud in the store and she was so disrespectful to me, and my friends. Trust me take ur buisness elsewhere if ur a teen just trying to buy stuff at Rexall because there’s gonna be some lady following you around the whole store making it so obvious, she should get fired and never hired at any store again because who accuses 13 year old girls of stealing that’s just crazy and she should be fired I hope to hear this lady gets fired or my dads gonna go and send them a complaint about everything me and my friends experienced at the store, the workers there have no respect for any teen because of there appearance or age. Last time in the world me and my friends go over there, you guys just lost yourself 7 customers who where the only people in ur store, and gained 7 complaints from parents going into the store this week.

Very rude staff did not have the meds I needed & were very rude from pharmacist (short Asian) Marie who works the desk is very rude & should not be working with the public, she is very rude & unstable. I will be reporting her & this location

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lazy and incompetent and when you call them out on their mess ups they ignor you as if your abusing them. They do not know how to do their jobs at all. Constant struggle getting my mess.

Miss Ana Suarez is very knowledgeable, compassionate and shows concern with the medicine prescribed to me. She goes extra mile. It's almost like consulting a physician. I asked her if my medicine causes palpitation for example.
Her smile brings warmth.
I highly recommend this pharmacy because the manager really cares.

Totally unprofessional, incompetent, untrained and unknowledgeable staff. Simple prescription renewal a Horror Story.
Five last trips - not one prescription ready. When - we cannot tell you. One of their computers says OK, another says no. No way of knowing, Screwed up my credit card. Currently awaiting lifse saving meds,, for the FIFTH CONSECUTIVE TIME. No end in sight,

Staff fairly nice but the prices are too high. Almost everything is cheaper elsewhere. Please lower your prices.

Why is it almost every time there’s an issue with the points. Please train your staff better. Give them the proper training. It’s not my job to train them as a customer. Yes you read that right! I’m training them every time I go in there. Your manager doesn’t even apologize for THEIR mistake. I’m not a”Karen” either just a pissed off customer!!!

I have been a Rexall customer for 12 years, (2011), and have no intention of changing my allegiance at this late stage in my life. The Rexall outlet at109 Dundas Street East in Trenton, Ontario is by far the friendliest and most accommodating pharmacy in all of Eastern Ontario. Operated by the Patel family, I am greeted almost as a family member and their courtesy has never been less than superb. One of the younger staff members, Brijesh Patel, treats me like royalty and my prescriptions have always been prepared by him in a timely manner. Communication between myself and staff members is clear and concise. I sincerely hope that my health and well-being will allow me to continue my loyalty to Rexall well into my senior years. Thank you Patel family.

I was at Rexall store yesterday at Strathcona Park location and I bought some snacks.
The cashier helped me was Sheikha, she was indeed an awesome person and staff memeber. She not only explained me the members card but went above and beyond helping me. 5 stars to her.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the recent closure of the 200 Rideau St. location of this drugstore. The lack of communication was shocking; there were no phone calls, no SMS, and not even an email to inform customers about the closure. I was greeted by a mere notice on the door when I arrived to pick up prescriptions for my entire family. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that all 6-8 of our prescriptions had been transferred to another location without our consent. This is not just an inconvenience but a serious breach of trust. Medications are sensitive and personal, and transferring them without even a courtesy call is unacceptable. The staff's indifference when I contacted the new location to inquire about the transferred prescriptions was the final straw. This experience has severely eroded my trust in this drugstore chain, and I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. The lack of communication and unauthorized actions are inexcusable and reflect poorly on the entire chain. I would give them a zero, but I have no choice but to give this experience a one-star rating.

I was surprised when the Rexall pharmacist refused to prescribe me antibiotics uti. I was under the impression they were allowed to dispense these without a drs prescription. I went to the walk in clinic across town and returned with the prescription. By this time I was in agonizing pain and was very surprised to be told antibiotics were on back order!! I was told to go to another drug store! This time i went to Shoppers and they treated me with respect and filled the prescription. I wont be goin back ti Rexall on Fitch st.

Renfrew Rexall, Saturday morning 9AM, Customers lined up outside, will not open, due to lack of pharmacist...company policy.
Too bad for promoting Canadian business. Guess I'll take my business to WALMART.

The girls seemed time and time again to prefer their phones over customers, the pharmacists? If u can find one , half a dozen people walking around apparently rexall pharmacy employees should just shrug their shoulders and continue on their phones. I know there is a shortage in pharmacist, but this is the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Terrible service, always waiting even though you’ve gotten the email saying prescription is ready for pick up, lost prescriptions. Can’t believe such inept people work in the healthcare system. Will be going to shoppers drug mart going forward.

Terrible (unkind, impolite, insensitive, inconsiderate, unprofessional) people working in Rexal Pharmacy located in 11080, 51 ave. They should not have been in the health care system where it is all about saving lives, protecting and promoting health and longevity.
