I bought a petrol quad bike at christmas for my grandson he went out on it once the second time the chain snapped.I contacted Riiroo from the start Kaylie was execelt we had a few hickups with the new chain being deliverd to the wrong address and lost in transit but got there in the end.Thankyou again Kaylie

Great customer service. Reported an issue with the motor of the quad, Kayleigh replied fast and they sent a replacement straight away. Just waiting for the parts to arrive to get it replaced.

I ordered two Jeeps for the kids
I ordered two Jeeps for the kids, and on the very first day kids being kids they got a bit too excited and managed to pull the steering wheel off one of them.
I reached out to RiiRoo customer service, and they responded quickly, offering to replace the entire Jeep. I replied to say that wasn’t necessary, as I only needed a new steering wheel and explained that it had broken due to the kids’ excitement.
They then kindly sent out a replacement steering wheel free of charge.
This was fantastic customer service and a great example of how honesty really does pay off.

We purchased a MaxPow 24v for our four year old grandson and other grandchildren ( when they are old enough). We started with the parental remote to build his confidence. He absolutely loves it! He even wraps it in a blanket so it doesn’t get cold in our garage 🤣 Ordered the pre-assembly service and came ready to go. Great company with a great ethos.

I bought a buggy for my son two yrs ago. My son has many hours of fun on this buggy mostly using it daily round the farm and hasn't missed a beat it that time. I needed a part that my son broke and customer service were so helpful and sent me the link for the part, delivery was fast and when I needed an extra part they sent immediately. Great company to deal with and for robust kids fun toys are the place to go.

We purchased three 24V RiiRoo ride on…
We purchased three 24V RiiRoo ride on Quads as Christmas Presents for our children (5, 8 and 10) and they have been the best purchase we have made in a long time. They have spent ages driving around the garden and friends can share or jump on the back, even over rougher terrain it has proved to be capable.
We had an issue with the start button and RiiRoo customer service promptly replied and supplied us with a replacement unit within days.
