Rings of Australia made my purchase so easy. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even let me alter the design post payment. I am beyond happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!!

We can not fault Rings of Australia. They kept us upto date every step of the way and went above and beyond by sending us a loan ring for our engagement party as the one we ordered wasn't ready.

The team was attentive, responsive, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. On top of that, the ring’s quality is absolutely top-notch, with top notch craftsmanship and beautiful detail. It exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final piece.

Excellent service and great value. The process with ROA was very smooth. They sent the CAD file to review to ensure the design was what I wanted. The stone quality was superb. The personalised engraving is a great touch. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of the item. The customer service team are very responsive. Would highly recommend ROA.

Service and product Quality

Very beautiful and well made ring. The whole process was very easy and quick

Rings of Australia recently made a ring for me to gift my husband for our 10 year anniversary. It’s not anything traditional, nor was it anything they showcased on their website. I provided them with a dodgy photoshop image that made complete sense in my mind. Let me tell you…. They absolutely knocked the design out of the park and I am beyond grateful. I highly recommend and will be a returning customer for life.

Easy and simple ordering process. Would definitely use again.

Excellent, highly recommend. Gorgeous pendant, custom designed. Very happy!

easy to deal with & recieved my purchace so quick

Beautiful ring as described during my consultation. Love the product and the overall experience, ring arrived before expected

Ordering an engagement ring through ROA was a great experience. They kept me updated throughout the time while the ring was being made. It was sent and came overnight from a different state. I purchased a platinum pavé diamond and with a beautiful natural diamond that was GIA certified. The ring looks amazing. The process was not rushed and I can’t fault the overall experience. If I had any queries they were quick to reply.
