Rings Of Australia Reviews

Amazing customer service. Krupa from ROA kept us informed, sent us pictures of the rings during production. The rings themselves are stunning 😍 ✨️ and great value considering what other jewellers wanted to charge for a similar ring. Arrived when expected. Was prompt to respond to any questions I had. Very happy with the service provided and the rings.

Very happy with my first Dimond ring 😊

Excellent craftmanship of the ring I ordered. Was a little hesistant ordering online, but when they sent a video of the ring, it looked amazing. When i got the ring...it was stunning and far exceeded my expectations. A shout out to Krupa who's communication was exemplary. Would not hesitate to order from ROA again.

Hetvi was absolutely amazing to deal with, was super helpful throughout the whole process, fantastic customer service and the ring looked incredible, thank you to the team at rings of australia.

ROA was so helpful to deal with, replied straight away to any questions I had. The website is easy to use and very informative. I called the office as well a few times and the customer service was impeccable. My ring is absolutely beautiful, very happy customer.

I had a wonderful experience with Rings of Australia from start to finish. The quality of their products and the overall service were excellent. A special mention to Krupa, who provided truly outstanding customer service. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

Krupa explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received, and I would highly recommend Rings of Australia to anyone looking for quality jewellery and exceptional customer care.

My experience with this company is I sent a email with exactly what I wanted and they got the stone wrong then when I got it finally the diamond fell out within a week I decided not to send it back to them but to send it to a professional
The prongs where not in the correct location and I rang rings of Australia and it was far from pleasant they finally offered to pay the invoice but I’d rather tell everyone my story then shut up

The experience with Rings of Australia from beginning to end was completely seamless. The website was very easy to navigate, making it simple to find both the stone and the setting. Whenever I was unsure about a particular setting, I reached out to the team and received quick responses with excellent customer service.
The ordering and payment process was straightforward, and my ring was delivered in time for Christmas. When I received it, I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome, it’s beautiful!!! I will definitely be returning to Rings of Australia.

Rings of Australia exemplifies a commitment to both artisanal craftsmanship and professional excellence. The procurement process was seamless, facilitated by Krishna’s proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail.
The final piece is a testament to high-caliber design and superior material quality. For those requiring premium jewelry and a sophisticated client experience, I recommend Rings of Australia without reservation.

OMG! The final product was exquisite. I’ve never seen a diamond sparkle so much.

The presentation of product included an ROA ring box, a premium black presentation box, and the IGI/GIA diamond certificate.

Of note, customer service & I did go back and forth with the dimensions and sizing of the rings (engagement ring, plus two wedding bands) due to size conversion discrepancies (ordered in AUS size but diagrams in U.S), but it was well worth it to be fastidious. All requests were accommodated without resistance. Excellent customer service via email and phone.

We saved so much money that we could afford almost a 2ct highest quality diamond; absolutely obscene!

So glad we decided with Rings of Australia (RoA) because SMILES PER COST!

Thank you RoA – you’ve made us ecstatic!

Amazing customer service and a beautiful ring. The staff kept us up to date through-out the entire process. They went above and beyond and even hand delivered the ring to me on Christmas Eve.
