The yarns I ordered came quickly and at a great price! I would highly recommend them.

Received kit that was supposed to be embroidery,described that way,and it was crosstich.Ritto would not pay for return postage.I believe false marketing.Had a very hard time getting them to respond to emails. Very disappointed,would not order again.

Rito chooses to use USPS to ship their products to USA customers. My order went from Denmark to California before arriving apparently somewhere back close to Miami where I live. Been over 3 weeks since ordered and most like I will never receive my yarn. I will not purchase from them again unless they stop using USPS. It’s the worst carrier to use.

They responded quickly to my order question as I ran out of yarn in a specific lot. They did not have any more of that particular lot, but the yarn ended up matching anyway! Speedy and high quality service. This was my second time ordering yarn with Rito and I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

The book I received was in Dutch instead of English. The posting did not show that it was in anything but English.

Yarn is beautiful. Delivery was fast. There weren't any additional fees other than the ones I had already been told about.

So happy with you ability to have the dye lots for the two yarns that I didn’t have enough of to finish my sweater. I bought my yarn on holiday in Germany and I couldn’t find it in the US. The yarn shop sent me to you to find more as she was out and it worked. My sweater is being blocked as we speak!! I’ll be checking your website next time I’m in the market for yarn!!

The team is really helpful, super professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I had various people helping me with issues i had with my first order and they always went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. The level of customer service i experienced with just one rito order is better than i’ve experienced my entire life in canada. And let’s not even get into the amazing prices that just make you trust the shop. It is very refreshing when a business isn’t blatantly and very obviously trying to scam you and rip you off and overcharge you out of greed.
