My item has been held in customs for ten days. I realize that this is out of Rito’s hands; however, it would be appreciated if they provided a note that this sort of things may happen and therefore impact shipping times.

A Christmas Birthday Present

I ordered yarn for my daughter for a birthday gift. Not the best time of year for a birthday present order from Europe to California but the package was delivered within 10 days. She was ecstatic 🤩
The yarn itself is beautiful. I told her that she could look anywhere in the world for yarn in the color she wanted and I would get it for her. She wanted a very dark green yarn to knit a sweater and she found it. Thank you so much for an excellent yarn and service.

Great Company

I was skeptical at first about ordering, but read a lot of positive reviews, so I took a chance. Your prices are about 1/2 of what others are charging, so I went ahead. Ordering was easy and you state that shipping is usually 6-8 days, but I had read that many times, shipments were held up in customs, so I wasn’t surprise when I saw the “stop” on my tracking and it said arrival day was undetermined. The next thing I knew, my package was here and I was able to start my project. I love the yarn and will definitely order from you again! Great experience, great price and great product!

Yarn Colors and Customs

The colors of the yarn, particularly the purples and blues were not accurately depicted on the website. The yarn I received was much darker and brighter than the images online. Customs took over 2 weeks, which is OK as long as I know about the wait. Maybe put a message out to customers that U.S. customs is taking longer than expected. The softness and quality of the yearn is great though, and e-mails about shipping and tracking were good overall.

The package was late

The package was late. On the website it said it will take 3 to 6 business days, but it took longer than that. But I understand that it is holiday season and post office would be a lot busier than usual. What make me really unhappy was the package was not sealed tight, it was raining and the yarns got soaking wet, not sure I am able to salvage them…

After looking into your case, I can see that your package was delivered on January 5th, which was unfortunately later than expected. The delay was caused by a significant backlog at USPS, which has affected several of our customers.

Although it may appear that your package was held in customs, this was not the case. This impression was caused by tracking information not being updated correctly. We are actively working on improving our tracking system so that our customers will be able to follow their packages much more accurately in the future.

I’m very happy with this yarn

I’m very happy with this yarn! The quality is excellent — it feels soft, smooth, and pleasant to work with. The yarn has a beautiful, even texture and doesn’t split while knitting.

The color looks exactly like in the photos, which I really appreciate. It knits up nicely, holds its shape well, and gives a very neat, elegant result. I haven’t noticed any excessive pilling so far.

Shipping was fast, and the yarn was well packaged. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely order from Rito again. Highly recommended!

Haven't gotten them yet, stuck in customs

I ordered the products over 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. It's not completely the company's fault, they have been stuck in US customs for the past 5 days, but the tracking was not able to tell me where my package was for the first 10 days. Definitely doesn't fall under their "4-6" day shipping.
