Good product and customer service. Recommended.
Also only one of two known suppliers of vent tiles to suit the old Redland 52 tiles. Perfect fit and well priced.

Hi Marcel,
Thank you for your review.
The item ordered was a roof tile vent. These are made to order and have a longer lead time - this is shown on the item when ordering and at basket, sorry if this was not clear.
On review the item was delivered within the advertised lead time.
We trust you are happy with the product, and hope to deal with you again in the future.
Kind Regards,

Not what I expected
Excellent communications and advice throughout. However the delivery charge was eye-wateringly high. I guess because they act as the middleman between the supplier and the customer and they don't dispatch it directly but relayed. The product quality was mediocre and looked cheap plastic. Not sure how long it's going to last on roof!

Antwoord van Roofing Ventilation
Good afternoon,
We deeply apologise for the repeated inconvenience you've faced due to missing items in your orders. Upon investigation, it is evident that the fixings were absent on both occasions, with the first instance due to a courier mishap. Furthermore, during the second order, the fixings were part of a split delivery and should have been delivered later that day.
We understand the frustration caused by these incidents and aim to address them swiftly and effectively as soon as they are reported, which we believe we did in this case.
We acknowledge that this situation does not meet our usual service standards and are actively implementing measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Kind regards,
Roofing Ventilation Team
