Efficient and Cost Effective Service
Easy system to order really cost effective polycarbonate. Cut to size, well packaged and delivered promptly. Ordering from Roofing Ventillation saved me a huge amount of time and wastage, meaning great savings over buying large sheets. I ordered 35 1cm thick sheets. Not all sheets were exactly to my precise measurements, but this was not critical for the job they were intended. All sheets arrived safely packaged without a scratch or imperfection. Will definitely be ordering again.

Professional & friendly service
Professional & friendly service. Good quality products.
Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that some products are ordered by them direct from the supplier, which means they are the middle man. Sometimes effects the delivery time by quite a margin. Other than that, all good.

Antwoord van Roofing Ventilation
Good morning Chris,
We apologise for the delayed delivery of your product. We understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
At Roofing Ventilation, we take pride in delivering our products to customers on time, and we are disappointed that we did not meet our usual standards in this instance. We do want to clarify that the product you ordered was a made-to-order bespoke item, which typically has a longer lead time than most products (10-15 working days). We see that your product was delivered on the 18th working day, three days later than anticipated, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
As a company, we always advise against scheduling any work until goods have been received on-site and checked, to avoid the risk of losing money due to unforeseen circumstances. We would like to emphasise that the lead time is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time in any case.
Despite the delay, we hope that you are satisfied with the product you received, and we appreciate your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Roofing Ventilation Team

Antwoord van Roofing Ventilation
Hello,
Thank you for your review, and thank you for your time on the phone.
We are sorry your roof sheets are damaged. Although we do all we can to avoid this with packaging and labelling, occasionally damage in transit does happen.
As this was reported to us straight away, supported with clear images, we were able to request replacements be sent out as quickly as possible.
Although damaged, the delivery was attempted within our advertised 3-5 working day lead time - on the 5th working day after the order was placed.
We do understand that there was some miscommunication as to when delivery would be made, so we apologise again for that, the particular depot of the courier used to deliver your goods was experiencing some delays which did affect your order.
We will continue to communicate to you via the current channels used as to when the replacement sheets will be with you.
Kind Regards,
Roofing Ventilation Team
Great service
