Very little communication. Materials arrived damaged. Not a happy customer. I have asked for an update as to replacement items await a response

Firstly, we sincerely apologise if you felt there was a lack of communication. We strive to provide timely updates and responses to our customers. Upon reviewing our records, we can see that we sent an order confirmation after your purchase and a dispatch email 3 days later to notify you that your order was on its way.
Regarding the damaged sheets, we received an email from yourself, informing us about the issue. We responded within an hour, asking how you would like us to rectify the situation, providing 2 options. Once we received your response requesting a full refund, we began processing it. However, the next day, replacements were requested instead. Therefore, we cancelled the refund request and arranged for replacements to be sent as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the damaged materials. This is not the level of quality we strive to deliver, and we believe we have taken appropriate steps to make it right for you by arranging replacements.

thank you for a reasonable sensible & realistic cost of delivery for a small item worth but £3. Your competitors online were charging ridiculously high amounts for the same delivery of the same item, not available in my local outlets, up to 6 times the delivery cost!

Thé products and prices are very good
Thé products and prices are very good. Big chain DIY on seemed to stock thin corrugated clear sheets and only the one size. Opting for a larger, thicker more robust sheet was ideal.
Also the flashing and fixings were all readily available. My only Isuzu and obviously this won’t apply to everyone was delivery. The costs were excellent but I required more notice of the actual delivery day. Hats off to the delivery guy who carried the sheets on his own as I there was no one available to help him. Unsurprisingly a little damage to a couple of sheets but fortunately these were able to be cut off.
I recommend Roofing Ventilation.
