Expensive service, delays and missing products
Expensive service, machine delivered a day late and the carpet cleaner paid for was missing. Customer service were helpful but I still ended up paying a large sum for a service that added more stress to my house move than it saved. Machine was easy to use but overall would not recommend.

I absolutely love the result after…
I absolutely love the result after using a RugDoctor carpet cleaner. I think it is really good value overall. I aim to carpet clean once a year, but everytime I do I realize-se I should do it more often given the muck inside the water. I highly recommend!

Fantastic bit of kit
Fantastic bit of kit! Cleaned carpets that hadn’t been cleaned for 6 years. They came up like brand new. Will definitely hire again.

Booked and paid for 24hours from 10am…
Booked and paid for 24hours from 10am -the machine had not been returned so had to return in the afternoon to pick it up. We returned it at 10am the next day otherwise we would be charged for another 24 hours.

I had booked the rugdoctor and I had problems with it I rang customer service and was offered to rehire the machine again which was a good option for me as I hired it again after some time

Machine was dirty therefore I did not pickup. And customer process the full refund but it was completely disappointed. As I move all the stuff from the rooms and make the carpet clear for the cleaning. But I had to put it back all the stuff , unnecessary hassle.
