DO NOT BUY!! They are not local they subcontract. I made the mistake to order some flowers and they called a couple of hours later to say they didn’t have the supply for today or tomorrow!! They said they will send refund but it still sucks to deal with a company like that!!

I purchased flowers for my daughter who lives in another state for her birthday. What I paid for and what she received was absolutely devastating to say the least. Different vase, less flowers than what I purchased . Absolutely disgraceful practice! If I could upload pictures I would… so disappointed I had called them in regards to the order he was apologetic and gave me an email to send pictures however, the email is non existent lol I had ordered the sunshining day bouquet deluxe absolutely beautiful online what she received was a total of 9 flowers and none where the same flowers. I now call it “ the disappointment bouquet “

Do not use this company! They never even delivered the flowers for a family members funeral. They didn’t call to let me know so that I could place another order somewhere else. They assured me that my order would be delivered early the next morning.she even told me when she asked for my phone number that she would call if they had any problems. When I called them to ask about what happened they said they would refund me. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!

Would give 0 stars. This place is fraud. Do not order they do not have flowers. Disgusting what they pulled. After 4 phone calls and no flowers they still refused to give me a refund

Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I was today they were unable to deliver and that they would be delivered today. AGAIN not delivered!!Bogus email sent that they had a "delivery incident" and someone would get back to me. That did not happen!! Do not waste your time with this Bogus, fraudulent Company!!!

Very disappointed with the flowers I sent my wife for birthday. The bouquet looked much bigger on their website and I ordered the largest bouquet offered but looking at it looks about the those you get from the grocery store, but cost me $100. On top of that delivery was supposed to be in the morning and my wife received them at 8:00 pm. This was advertised as a local florist but it is not.

Terrible customer service. rec'd an arrangement of all while lilies. SOOO strong and obnoxious scent I had to throw away $100 order. They should let the buyer know that many people can not tolerate the scent of lilies. and suggest another arrangement.

Very disappointing experience. My friend did not get the chocolates and the flowers were not the arrangement I ordered. While I understand that the identical arrangement may not be delivered, I expected a similar quality and value of arrangement. I contacted their customer service and have not received a response. I waited 3 days for a response before posting this review.

I spent over $100 on flowers through Ruth’s Roses and the receiver got three roses and carnations with greenery. Do not waste your money. So sad that when you want to express your care from afar that companies like this send a rinky-dink arrangement that makes you look like you don’t care at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could! They never delivered the order R-3147-541545-7678 and when I called to verify why it wasn’t delivered they stated it was not delivered yet, but would be. This was at 7pm, then when I called to ask for a refund they stated they had delivered at 6:30pm the night before which contradicted what they told me when I called the night before. I asked for a refund and that is when they stated they had delivered, which was not true. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - they are a fake company and I will now need to dispute the charge because the arrangement was NOT delivered.

F THESE SCAMMERS. Horrible scummy business. It’s completely fake and they need to be brought to court. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They even have FUNERAL flowers. How awful of these people. I ordered this morning and waited all day and never got delivered. Awful customer service. It’s ALL FAKE. THIS NEEDS MORE ATTENTION. FIND THESE PEOPLE AND SUE THEM.

I ordered birthday flowers to be delivered 6 days in advance and received an email at 4:32pm the day the plant was supposed to be delivered canceling my order saying they didn't have the arrangement in stock due to not getting the plant from their supplier.
NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND! I had to dispute the $81.57 charge 3 days after they canceled my order.

If I could have given this place zero minus star I would . They send out flowers arrangements that u didn’t order , old flowers then charge u high dollar for them . I sent them pic clearly of what I received and and what I paid for … not even closed .125.00 for a birthday. They wanted to give me 25.00 . I told them come get these flowers back . No refund … please folks read these requests first . This company has numerous BBB complaints and should be shut down … they don’t care how they ruin precious moments …

Terrible customer service with no follow up at all.

I stumbled on Ruth's Roses when I was searching for Kalispell, MT florists to deliver a sympathy bouquet. I was fooled by their webpage, which claims it is locally owned and operated. I always prefer local businesses, and seeing that they offered free delivery for the Kalispell area, I proceeded to place my order.
First off, they tagged on a "Service Fee" of $18.99 after I placed the order. I shrugged that off. Then, 2 days later, I received an email that they were unable to fulfill the order due to "supply issues". Supposedly they will issue a full refund in 3-5 days. We'll see....
Anyway, most florists will offer some sort of alternative arrangement if there are really "supply issues". When I researched this place a little more, I discovered they do not list any street address on their webpage, and there is no business called "Ruth's Roses" in Kalispell, nor in the entire state of Montana.
Their web page is clearly a front for some larger operation that has nothing to do with being "local" or "family-operated". My guess is that they take your order, slam on a big fee, then try to arrange for an alternative delivery from a legitimate local operator, likely at lower quality than specified so they can gain more profit. If they can't find a such an opportunity, then they unilaterally cancel the order. I am relieved that local Kalispell operators are apparently wise to such tactics and choose not to cooperate.

Do not use this Florist. I placed an order for a Funeral at 2:30 pm on 8/8 at 630 am on 8/8 because their website advertises that if placed before 2 pm, deliveries are guaranteed the same day. They sent me a confirmation of my order immediately. I never heard anything and decided to call and confirm the order at 11:30. The lady I spoke with stated yes we received the order but unfortunately, we are having supply chain problems and we cannot fulfill the order. I suggested to her that it was unacceptable for them to not notify me that they could not fulfill the order. Now I am shopping for and arrangement that is less than what I expected and that I can pick up on my way to the funeral. This is horrible customer service and she did not see bothered at all. She said we will just refund you mam.

It was my mother's 100 the birthday party and I noticed that the number I was calling was at 800 number so when I called them I specifically asked is this just a order processing place or are you actually a florist in Muskogee Oklahoma and the lady on the line said that they were a local business that had been in business for 24 years. She flat out lied to my face. They are only up order processing center. They do not have a flower shop in Muskogee, Oklahoma. I got an email this morning saying that they could not process my order that they were out of flowers, but they would credit my card. I see online that they have difficulty with ever receiving their credit so I called my credit card company and disputed their charges. Do not use Ruth roses. They are not legit and they are liars.

Do NOT trust these people. I ordered a premium bouquet for my friends birthday. The website shows a full bouquet but I got a bouquet of filler. I called and wrote to complain and they said that "flower availability" can lead to change in the "look" of the arrangement. They refused to give me what i ordered apparently they don't have roses, daisies and sunflowers. Stay away!!

They took my flower order and said it would be delivered the same day. By the end of the day when they close they could not account for the flowers. When the order did arrive, it was a cheap floral arrangement like you would see at a grocery store. The flowers in no way even resembled what I had paid for. Flowers I ordered to be sent to a hospital patient were never delivered. When I called to complain I got someone who could barely speak English and was told they could do nothing about it as it had been over 48 hours since I had placed order. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM RUTHS ROSES.
