This order was a complete disaster. The company advertised that the delivery will take place the same day after 2:00 pm if the order was placed early.  I placed the order at 9:25 am and it was delivered the following day after 5:00 pm. The order was to be delivered to a hospital for a person that was just transferred from the ICU. I purchased a GET WELL balloon.  The balloon that was delivered said HAPPY BIRTHDAY,  What was intended to be a good intention ended up to be an embarrassment.  Finally the flowers were old and practically dead.  It lasted one night.  This order was a scam from the beginning. I will not recommend the company . Please read the reviews before you order.

Crooked company. DO NOT USE THEM!! They never delivered my order. Never told me they couldn’t deliver and then when I called they refused to give me a refund. I had to call my bank report them as fraudulent and have the charge reversed. They are scammers.

when they took my order they seemed very professional, making sure they understood every detail. Since I ordered well before 2pm I was assured of same day delivery. flowers never arrived. I called at the end of they day and they claimed I ordered after 2pm even though I received a confirmation of my order via email at 12:56pm. They promised to send the order the next day at 10:30am. They failed again. I called at end of day. Still no delivery. I asked for a manager. They said manager was not available and they could not give me a refund because the order was in "queue". I asked what does in queue mean because I was told the same thing that morning. They said they could not confirm if the flowers were out for delivery or not because they the vendor (3rd party) was not answering the phone. I'm pursing a refund claiming fraud with my bank as we speak. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

A hundred $$ bouquet that had 6 flowers in it . You could get better flowers at the grocery store !! A complete waste of money and terrible customer service . NEVER order anything from them !! It is a scam apparently, I should have read all the reviews .

I ordered a dozen roses to be sent to someone. They didn't deliver the roses and didn't bother to contact me about the matter and when I called to find out about what happened, they lied about trying to contact me to tell me that my order was canceled because they ran out of flowers. I'll grow my own flowers before I ever do business with Ruth's Roses again.

I put the order in online the morning prior for the grandson, a baby, of a co-worker funeral service. Ruth's Roses contacts me the next morning (the Day of) to verify the address and phone of delivery location. I positively identified the address and number, and we hung up the phone and I'm thinking all is well. 30 minutes before the service was to start. I get an email stating due to supplies they can't make my delivery. I wish would have looked at reviews prior I picked ruth's because it was close to the funeral location. Clearly this is not the Florist to use.

I wish I would have done my research. I was looking for a local company in Arizona to deliver flowers to my mother for her 80th birthday. When possible I like to support local shops. This company claims to be a local family owned shop. BEWARE. They are 100% not! They are an online scam.
They did deliver my flower order to my mother but not after I called I think 4 different times demanding to know when. I spent over $50 for what looked like wilted grocery store flowers. They are false advertising their locations, their products.

I would give no stars if I could. I placed an order and then got an email that they would not fulfill it. I called to see if there was something we could do and got someone in china answering their phones. This place is crap.

Ruth's Roses is NOT a flower shop. I am a local brick and mortar flower shop. one of ruth's customers called us, about an order. Ruth's told her we filled the order. We never received any commutations from ruth's about this order. Come to find out some lady in her home made their casket spray. They are not honest with their customers. PEOPLE BEWARE OF GATHERS THEY ONLY WHAT YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CONSIDER YOU THEIR CUSTOMER.

Zero stars honestly - Called about a delivery my dad had set up for my birthday as we were estimated a noon delivery when order was placed (3pm by that point) and then were told no guarantees on times the day of.. okay fine, told them my workplace closed at 430 and no one would be there to accept a delivery after that time and asked what the protocol was at that point, was told “no problem they wouldn’t leave the flowers and the delivery driver would call to verify delivery” - never received a phone call from the delivery driver, the arrangement was left outside a door (wrong address by the way and could tell from the lockbox on the door), and was left there overnight in the pouring rain until someone else saw it and brought it to the correct address.. in the many phone calls between us, the lady had the audacity to say they’re trying to open a storefront in boynton (their only pick up location is in Fort Lauderdale by the way even though they say boynton when ordering), well good luck lady, your store sucks. Don’t order from this place, and don’t expect anything but empty words and false promises if you do

I would give it zero stars if I could. I am embarrassed that I fell for this total scam. When the flowers arrived, they looked NOTHING like the photo on their website and even worse, they looked terrible. It looked like a child put it together for fun. I was so mortified when my friend received them after delivering her baby. I was even more so mortified that I didn’t look at the reviews first.

Specifically asked if they were located in the town that I was looking to send flowers to the representative flat out lied and said yes.
After several hours, I received an email saying they didn’t have the inventory and because of supply chain issues they weren’t able to offer any sort of replacement
These shysters should not be allowed to do business anywhere. They are complete scam.

Ordered a "premium" arrangement for a birthday 7/27/26. Arrived same day. Within 3 days, the heads of the roses started to droop. Changed water, recut stems. Today, 8/1/26 only 4 of the 12 roses are salvageable, none opened fully. Don’t bother with the upper level garbage. They don’t stand behind their product. Avoid them at all costs

I ordered it a simple arrangement to be delivered same day. I placed the order before they’re opening of business online and it was never delivered. I double checked twice that they had the correct address and all of their customer service is outsourced to another country. There is no storefront there is no person in this country to talk to. I’d never recommend this business.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from them.

I placed an order to surprise a friend who had recently experienced several losses. Throughout the process, I was given conflicting information multiple times. When I requested a refund due to the issues, I was told they needed to conduct an “investigation,” which only delayed the process further.

I was also told this was a local storefront and that they were on the phone with my friend confirming her address. However, I was actually on the phone with my friend at that exact time, and she was not speaking with anyone from the company. That left me feeling like I was being misled.

Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly encourage others to AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

The arrangement was not what I ordered. The flowers were not the same and they were wilted, the container was vastly different and ugly, AND, even though they advertised NO DELIVERY FEE, they charged an $18+ service fee. Of course, no response from their customer service email either. I spent almost $100 on a crummy arrangement I could have picked out of a garden.

Fraudlent advertising. I spoke to an agent and ordered a very expensive bouquet for my girlfriend with her favorite flowers. Never during my conversation with the agent did she inform me that they can switch the order for "comparable" flowers at their full discretion. She acted as all of the flowers I was ordering would delivered exactly as how I ordered it. When it arrived I saw the picture as I live out of town and it was COMPLETELY different. And after spending nearly $200.00 on an order, I felt complete misled and essentially bait and switched. And when I reached to complain they offered a nominal credit. They act as if they are a small, family owned flower shop. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. IT FEELS LIKE A FALSE ALMOST FRAUDLENT ENTERPRISE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I found their website supposedely in Montreat, website says family owned. The order that was delivered was NOTHING like the photo. There were a lot of flowers but they looked like a grocery store arrangement. The delivery person texted me instead of the contact person so I complained to him and he said the store doesn’t exist. It’s a fulfillment center. They couldn’t guarentee delivery time so someone offered to pick them up and I was told the store was under construction and they couldn’t. SCAM CITY

If there were a rating less than 1 star, this business would definitely qualify. I placed an order on a Tuesday to be delivered the next day. They assured me that this service was available and gave me the time that it would be delivered. The next morning before the service was to begin I received a notice which read

"I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. We have issued you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days."

Not only was this embarrassing, because I was out of town, the arrangent served as representation of my presence and support. I found their response to be thoughtless and totally unethical.
Of course when I call them they stated, "we're so sorry for the inconvenience and we understand your dissatisfaction,", to which I replied YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT, because if you did, you would have been willing to offer some type of apologetic negotiation or compromise, other than the supplying a refund three to five days after the fact. I even asked if they could send a live floral arrangement to the home of the deceased, and they said that they were not able to do that. I am so disgusted right now and after reading so many of the reviews
I am sure that my feelings have been shared by others. This establishment SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

The review of this company represent the exact truth. This company is nothing but a scam they are nothing but a store front to steel money from people by sending horrible arrangements. I can do a better job cutting flower from my garden. The arrangement sent look nothing like the photo, it wasn't even in the colored vase the arrangement was shown in. I order the premium bouquet for $109.99 should of had around 10-12 lavender roses. The arrangement sent had 2 and they were white. It appeared as though someone went down to their local grocery bought an $8.00 bouquet and dropped it into a clear vase. It was a total embarrassment. I had to call the individual and apologize. I also ordered it for as soon as possible in the morning it did not get there until 4:30 pm. I had to call my bank and dispute because they wanted pictures and told me that they had to research the issue before they could let me know if they would refund me. Don't be scammed like I was.
