Be aware that this business is not what they portray themselves to be. I ordered flowers for my niece's high school graduation and placed the order a week early so that she would receive the flowers on the morning of her special day. I chose a bouquet from the website and placed my order for a deluxe arrangement with a balloon included. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered until 9:00 pm that evening and the only reason I believe an order was eventually sent was because I had called several times to complain when I was told no flowers had arrived. The arrangement itself looked like someone had just thrown a bunch of flowers in a vase. They were not freshly hand arranged by anyone as it is specified on their website. I am asking for a refund since nothing was delivered as is stated on their website. As of yet, I have not received any sort of sufficient compensation. Please beware and don't allow them to spoil any of your special occasions.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Didn't deliver the flowers. I called eight times and every time I was put on hold and hung up on. When I asked for the person I was speaking with they play dumb and don't know that person. They advertise one price and add another twenty dollars upon checkout.

THEY ARE CHEATS! I ordered a extra large buquet. I ordered from CT. My friends did not get what I ordered and I am embarrassed. I don't know what reviews i looked at but it sure was not all the 1 stars I see today. Disgraceful company and when I called to say i did not get what i ordered a sleepy mansard i will transfer you...and he did ...to a non functioning number. I hope this shop closes very soon because they TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF

Don't buy there plants !!!!!~My brother spent over 83.00 dollars for my plant i had dead plants the day it was delivery why are they still in business!!!!

They forwarded this order to a grocery store florist. I ordered a special order arrangement - special flowers and base. NONE of the flowers or colors I asked for were used. They charged me $100.00 plus fees (total $125.00) and they sent an arrangement that may have cost $50.00 AT THE MOST. I contacted their management and was told that these flower substitutions were acceptable per their substitution policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I paid more with them than FTD or any other company.

Every May 1st, “May Day,” I send a bouquet to my elderly mother. It’s been a meaningful tradition between the two of us for decades. This year, pressed for time, I accidentally chose an online company—Rosie’s Roses—instead of using a local florist.

At the time of purchase, I received confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on May 1st. By 5:30 p.m. that evening, I contacted my sister, who lives with my mother as her caregiver, to ask if the flowers had arrived. They had not.

I immediately called the company, upset and confused about why the delivery had not been made as promised. I was told that if I wanted same-day delivery, I should have selected a local florist, and that the order could instead be delivered the following day. While I understand logistics can be complicated, that explanation came only after the fact—not before purchase.

To be fair, I was emotional on the call and likely more intense than I should have been. I regret that. This tradition holds deep personal meaning for me, and realizing it would be broken after 43 years was difficult to accept.

I was also told the company had sent me a notice regarding the delivery date change. However, I checked both my messages and email thoroughly and found no such communication.

Yes, I received a refund, and I appreciate that. But refunds cannot restore moments that matter. The missed delivery meant more than just flowers arriving late—it meant the interruption of a cherished tradition that cannot be recreated.

My advice to others: if the delivery date is important—especially for a meaningful occasion—use a trusted local florist whenever possible. Based on my experience, this company could not guarantee the promised delivery date, and that made all the difference.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. They stated they delivered some flowers to my sister who was in the hospital and stated they left them at the nurses station. The hospital said no flowers were left with them. Also said they would get a pic from the driver showing where they were dropped off and the pic they sent to me is NOT a nurses station. It looks like they are top of a green bucket that is dirty. There are boxes all over the place stacked together. This company is out right lying about delivering any flowers to my sister. Straight out lying. Took them 2 days to get a pic from the so called driver. Should not have taken that long. This company is awful, and they out right lie to their customers. Do not order from these dishonest people.

I am so very disappointed. I was looking forward to my granddaughter carrying a bouquet after her graduation from college. You could have called and I would have gotten another bouquet....but you sent me an email & didn't see email until the next morning. Very very POOR customer service. Now, have to wait 4-5 business days before I get a refund. Where is your heart in this??? Selling flowers is a shop that cares, showing interest in their customer satisfaction. You guys do not care, in giving your customers good quality service. You're called Trust pilot ...Lol that's a laugh. Don't even stand by your name...WOW!

Flowers looked nothing like the picture very poor quality and wasn't even arranged neatly. Way overpriced for what they delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I strongly suggest not using Ruth’s Roses. I tried to place two separate orders—one online and one over the phone—and both experiences were a total failure.
After placing my first order online, I received an email hours later stating the flowers were "out of stock." Thinking it might just be a website glitch, I called them directly to place a second order. I spoke to a representative who specifically told me that the items were definitely in stock and ready to go. However, shortly after hanging up, I received yet another email saying they were out of stock again.
It is incredibly frustrating to be told one thing over the phone only to have it retracted by email minutes later. This service is unreliable and their communication is completely misleading. Save yourself the headache and go with a local florist who actually knows their inventory.

I wanted to send a plant from a local business in happy valley for a funeral. It was not what I ordered and is embarrassing. It was half the size in a freaking basket. Who sends a plant for sympathy in a basket. It was supposed to be in a ceramic planter. Woman was rude and acted like I was in the wrong!

I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 9am Feb. 2nd confirmed by email from Ruthsroses. At 3:30pm received email saying unable to deliver. I canceled the order and was to receive refund. It's April 28 and still no refund. I have emailed several times. Each time I am promised a refund but still no refund. They are not a reliable business. They defrauds customers.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I joined the ranks of 94% dissatisfied customers. I too ordered flowers for a funeral for this past Saturday 4/25. I called after placing the order to ensure that they were aware the service was at 10:00 am so my flowers would arrive on time, and I was assured they would be. Then, after the fact, I got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order due to supply issues, but like others, they did not call me (they had my number), email me or even substitute an arrangement of an equal value! Who does this?!

NO to Ruth's Roses of Faribault...we ordered an arrangement for our niece's funeral and the shop cancelled it because of a "supply issue"...the problem is that they didn't notify us of the cancellation until after the delivery time and didn't contact us by phone or email in time to give us a chance to choose something else or to order from someone else...They did issue a refund but it doesn't really matter at this point 😠😞

Don't use this business. They purport to be a local flower shop but don't have a physical address-- just a phone number and email address. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery on a Wednesday. I called shortly after to confirm my order, they said the flowers would be delivered that day. At the close of business, I received a text that they were out of stock of my flowers and asked if the following day would be acceptable because they were receiving fresh flowers. This seemed reasonable-- I said yes. I called and texted three times on Thursday and they claimed twice the order was "out for delivery." It's Friday and I still haven't received confirmation that my order was delivered.

I recently ordered an arrangement from Ruth’s Roses and was very disappointed. While they advertise "Free Delivery," they tack on a hidden $18.99 "service fee" at checkout, which is essentially a delivery charge by another name. 
The flowers I received did not match the quality or appearance of what was advertised on the website. After reaching out to customer service, a representative named Jude offered a partial refund of $41.59. However, they refused to refund the full amount, claiming they needed to "consider the price of goods and delivery"—even though the delivery was supposed to be free and the "goods" were the reason for the complaint in the first place.
It’s frustrating to pay a premium service fee for a sub-par product and then be expected to eat the cost of their error. I should have read the reviews first, as it seems many others have had similar issues with their "hidden" fees and misleading photos. I would recommend looking for a truly local florist instead.

I needed to send flowers to a friend who was recovering from a Fall and Pneumonia at a care facility near Ruth’s Roses in Lauderhill . I looked up a florist near the care facility. I spoke to Ana and I ordered a nice floral arrangement and a large box of chocolates. I was assured it would be delivered the next morning. It was $128 It was not delivered . I called and they apologized and said they would make an extra nice floral arrangement to compensate. I asked for delivery the next morning ( Friday ). Because she was going home Monday. Again it was not delivered. Very disappointing. Do not use these people.

I don't believe this is a legitimate company. Our flowers were not delivered, and they lied about sending us an email to inform us. They also lied about being a family owned, local florist. According to someone I spoke with on the phone they are located in Florida. I don't know how credible that information is because we have not been able to get the same person on the phone twice. Please do not order from this company. They are using deceptive practices.

Ordered flowers/plant that was not delivered on time and upon arrival, looked like a 20 dollar arrangement that you could buy at Home Depot. I wasted 125 dollars on junk. I did not read the reviews before I bought from this company, PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did.
