The guys were very friendly and conscientious about how they handled our cabinets, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied.

The guys were very helpful and knew what they were doing. We had to do a little problem-solving to handle some extra large boxes, but they figured out that we could put them in the garage.

Guys were great, they were very careful with the delivery. Didn't blink with the three flights of stairs, courteous and professional!

They deliver associates were very efficient and courteous. They communicated very well before and during the delivery.

I'd rate it zero if I could trash company all around was supposed to get a phone call to schedule a delivery time on Sunday a day before my delivery never happened Monday rolled around and my $3k package was left halfway up my driveway while I was at work they were to lazy to bring it down to the end of my driveway and at least set it under the eve of my garage out of the weather so much for so called "porch delivery" chated with an agent and all i got was 'sorry ill put that in our notes" F this company its straight garbage and Amazon should stop using them.

Were supposed to deliver and set up. I took time off work. They never rang the doorbell and dropped in the driveway on boxes. Never set it up and blocked our garage. I called and complained and they came out but didnt come 8-12 like they were supposed too. Came at 4-8 when I wasnt home. Still waiting if they ever come back. This company is a fraud. Do not use them.

The delivery professionals were great! They placed the cabinets just where we needed them and they were very careful with our floor and light fixtures. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with RXO UK. Our shipment was collected on 6 October 2026, with delivery confirmed for the same day. It remains undelivered, and getting a clear answer from this company has been a nightmare.

After repeated emails, they finally replied on 14 October claiming delivery had been attempted but failed. Nobody informed us at the time, and we are still waiting for evidence of this attempt. Amazon confirmed the warehouse was open and receiving shipments that day.

Even worse, their Qargo portal shows our shipment as delivered on 6 October 2026, while their customer service team claims delivery failed. Completely contradictory information, with no proper explanation.

Our urgent complaint has also gone unanswered. We are left chasing them while our stock remains undelivered, with no confirmed delivery date.

This is the second consecutive time we have experienced serious problems with RXO. Extremely unprofessional handling, terrible communication and no clear accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them for UK Amazon pallet deliveries.

The driver was very pleasant to work with. He came in with his team and worked diligently to complete the job. They were respectful of our property and the items being delivered. I highly recommend this delivery crew!

Delivery went smoothly. Per my contractor all cabinets are good. He said he has installed a lot of your cabinets and has never had a problem.

Horrible company. They created $375 of additional fees and refused to review credibly.

Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. RXO messed up at every possible junction and was a complete waste of our time. Had to cancel our shipment after LOSING a WASHING MACHINE TWICE!!!! Absolutely awful!

The team communicated well. By text and then 30 mins out gave a call.
They evaluated the space our cabinets would be held and felt it was adequate and then worked very hard to carefully pack it into that space.
They were friendly (chatting with some daycare kids I had watching).
They were careful with our boxes.
They worked quickly - big order dropped in less than 30 mins.
The two men worked very well together as a team.

The men were courteous and delivered it to the spot I asked.

Quite possibly the worst shipper on earth... Gave a time frame, the next morning received messages they would be 2-3 hours early. Dropped everything that morning and hurried home. 3 hours later, still no freaking delivery. Their customer service useless, you call you get the same brain dead robot person everytime. They have no info, no updates no one to help you. Do not use this company,

Courteous and efficient

Delivery guys were friendly, efficient and very professional. Great communication from the very start about delivery status. All the cabinets were safely unloaded and effectively stacked in my garage . Great experience all around!

The delivery guys were nice and courteous. They said they just needed my signature after they unloaded the boxes. However, after they left, I noticed on the boxes it said that I was supposed to inspect the contents before they left. That didn’t happen.

Delivery guys were very friendly, professional and strong to bring in the large Box into the house !
