Your delivery person was very kind and had to be very strong and was. However, I noticed many of the boxes that contained our cabinets were pretty beat up and upon opening the boxes later we found about half of our load of cabinets to be damaged. No reflection on your delivery person because I know this could’ve happened anywhere along the trip route.

Worst communication I've ever had!
Worst communication I've ever had with a delivery company in almost 60 years of life! They contact you and ask you to choose your delivery day. When you get the confirmation 3 days before delivery, they changed the date on you to whatever works for them. The day before delivery, they sent me a delivery window time. 4 hours after the delivery window closed, we still didn't have our item and we had no update to where it was or what time it would be delivered. We stayed up until midnight that night with no confirmation of change of time. The next morning, I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me what time they were going to be there other than sometime between 3-7. Well I was on the live chat with customer service, my phone rang and the delivery team was parked out front of my house! Their communications tell you that you will be contacted 30 minutes prior to somebody arriving. Ridiculous! They had no idea where my item was and they had no idea when I was going to get it and I never received a heads up communication that they were on their way in 30 minutes. I won't be using this company ever again. I felt bad for the two gentlemen who were actually driving the delivery truck. However, when I told them what my experience was and that it was terrible, one of them commented and said "that's what he's heard!"

The two guys that delivered, our cabinets were very professional and courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately, we are still missing a couple of pieces and we were unable to inspect each cabinet as it was being put in our garage so not sure of the condition of any of the cabinets.

Everything i have ordered from rona that has used RXO for delivery has either been 5 hrs later then time of delivery was supposed to be. Or numerous cancelations from the east Indians that work there and then waiting a week past date to get my items. Then they will show up at 10 at night with no warning to deliver your item. Do not hire them

Tracking app doesn't work properly
The deliver was Late and their app does not work properly. I called customer service and they were going to have someone call me back, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They also were supposed to call me 30 prior to delivery, that didn't happen and when they did deliver they failed to inform me by simply ringing my doorbell and letting me know they were there. Horrible Company!
