at a chrysler dealership rxo has taken over from penske. we have gotten one truck since they took over. nobody calls or emails to let us know why. evidently this isnt much of a trucking company

Very friendly, hard working and careful of cabinet placement.

The two delivery persons were less than gentle with my custom made cabinets. One of the bigger cabinets they actually rolled end over end to move it. I have not opened the box yet, but I will. It seemed like they were more concerned about getting the job done quickly than being concerned with damaging anything in the boxes.

The delivery men were very courteous. They listened to my request to keep certain pathways clear and made sure everything was fine before they left. I expressed concern about a couple of the boxes being wet. With my permission they opened one of them to show me that the cabinet was not sitting on the wet cardboard.

Delivery time was as scheduled and the drivers and movers were friendly and professional. Very pleased at how everything was placed in the garage.

Delivery was supposed to be placed where I wanted it. I had cleared out the dining room to stage the cabinets in a climate-controlled environment as recommended by manufacturer. Driver said order would not fit and opted to put it in garage (shorter and easier to unload). I later moved it to the dining room myself and it fit with no problem.

The delivery team was great about staying in touch with me to let ke know what time they would arrive. Once they got on site, they were pure business and got that delivery knocked out! Our delivery was literally half their truck but they made quick work of it while being extremely pleasant to interact with the entire time. One of the boxes was pretty beat up and the lead person made sure to let me know what to do if it turned out the item was damaged once we got it opened up.

RXO was in charge of a delivery. Reportedly their contractor is UXO. There were no choices re delivery time (4 hour window.) Due to medical condition was unable to do an early morning delivery and requested sometime after 10:30 am regardless of the day. Customer service (2 separate agents) promised to leave a note with the delivery driver about the request and he did not get it. Arrived around 8:45 am with only a few minutes heads up. Driver was nice but company is awful and unresponsive. Paid $249 for poor service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Gustavo was very careful to help deliver everything into my front living room of the house, and patiently doing so while I checked the order. both he and his helper were very good and I appreciate that very much.
