this is the most inept company I have ever delt with. I bought a refrigerator and it was schedueled for delivery and installation in July 28. The driver refused to install because it was a coper water supply. They require a connection for a flex supply line. This was not mentioned prior to deliver . I had anew connection installen and delivery was sched for Aug 11 they cancelled the night before I already cancelled a day at work again. then it was sched for Aug 24 again I cancelled a days work and they again cancelled this time at 1:00PM claiming truck problem. This has cost me 3 days work for nothing

The driver and support man were responsive, helpful, rapid, and careful. The inventory went well, and both were careful with the boxes in moving them from the truck to my on site storage. They were professional.

Jodeci and Mark were very nice and polite. They stacked my cabinet order nice and neatly up against the wall. Awesome delivery guys.

The drivers delivered and installed a non working dishwasher and I was told that it was my problem after they installed it. I asked that they remove the defective dishwasher and they refused. They told me it was up to me to get the problem fixed. they said they did not work for the seller and did not care. RXO responded and offered no help. Time to stop talking about how good you think you are and resolve the problem. REMOVE THE DISHWASHER.

RXO kept me informed concerning delivery of my cabinets of day and time. They were on time and great workers. They need 10 stars for their delivery!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER!

I purchased a Tonal and this company was supposed to deliver and install it.

After waiting for a month, they finally scheduled a date to come deliver it. I took off work and stayed home all day.

They came all the way from Knoxville which is about 2 hours away and got about 1/2 mile from my house and canceled the order because a "Tree had fallen across the road" which is complete BULL$#!% because my wife and I have driven the road to our house multiple times that day and there was no tree down.

Also, there are other roads that get you to the house. Literally NO effort was made. They didn't call/text me to ask for direction or update me or anything. They just canceled the order. They only way I knew was because I was watching them on the tracking app.

Then, I tried to reschedule another delivery and the "earliest" they could do it was another month out.

WTH?!?!?!?!?!?

So, I called to complain and then the CANCELED MY ORDER!

TONAL – look at the reviews for this company. Nearly half of them are 1-star reviews. Hire ANOTHER company because this makes your business look bad.

I was given a time frame for delivery. Delivery team called 30 mins in advance and again 10 mins before. It was within delivery timeframe. Delivery service made sure everything was delivered, and carried it inside for me. Team was outstanding and very friendly! I would recommend again and again!

Alex and David were professional. They handled all the cabinets with care. Some of the boxes look pretty banged up but that was not caused by them.

Between RXO and third party ‘Last Mile’, believe the majority of negative reviews that Google shows.
My items weren’t delivered because they stated they simply did not have time, and they would try again in a WEEK, next time they’re in my area. Since when is that acceptable? When it DID deliver, items were damaged, missing pieces, and 1 order did not arrive, even after pre-warning them I had 2 orders together and to not forget both. I reached out with no response other than a foreign phone tech stating she couldn’t even find the provided tracking number THEY provided me.
Absolute clown show and unprofessional.
I’d trust Casey Anthony to babysit my kids before relying on these jokers to deliver something.

Great, humble guy good communication

Denny let us know when he was 15 minutes away, was very courteous, and delivered the cabinets right where we needed them in the garage. Great service.

Despite many texts with changing schedules, the app is easy to follow once the delivery is on the way. That is appreciated. The only thing is, I received so many texts with different dates. It was confusing to know which date things were gonna actually happen. And yesterday one was delivered that was not scheduled. So I’m supposed to have a delivery tomorrow, but I think that one was delivered today.

Efficient and courteous with good notice of arrival.

I ordered a Dishwasher around July 20th, and had that delivery schedule July 29th, they cancelled the night before. After being on the phone with their customer reps, they rescheduled it to be three days later. Also, while talking to the rep, found out they will not be doing the installation of the dishwasher even though I purchased the service. I kindly asked to reschedule to both remove the old dishwasher and to find out if the service was going to be performed upon delivery.

Fast forward to today, after over three weeks of numerous called to the customer reps, two escalation cases opened, a computer error on their end with my account "on hold" due to misunderstanding of my old machine hasn't be removed to be hauled away and 4 more rescheduled deliveries, I was told today, August 21st, was for sure my delivery date. Got an email this morning saying it was delayed yet again without any clue on the next date.

At this point just would like it to be delivered, I'll install the dishwasher as with this service history I don't trust the installation team and also handwashing dishes for a month while waiting on a dishwasher is not the most pleasant thing

Delivery team was great. They let me know when they’d arrive and did so within the timeframe stated. They carried my very large item up 3 stairways so I wouldn’t have to! Two thumbs up.

This experience has been awful. The delivery of my LG refrigerator has been rescheduled 3 times. Initially the fridge was supposed to be delivered on 6/13. I received a text update on 6/12 at 9 am that my delivery had been confirmed and that I would receive another text with information on the delivery window. Only to receive a text at 7pm on 6/12 saying that the delivery will need to be rescheduled to the 18th when I called to see why I had been rescheduled despite my delivery date being confirmed they said they had just received my order. I was then told by the RXO escalation team that the delivery could be squeezed in on Friday the 14th only for them to call on the 14th saying that the delivery has to now be scheduled for the 19th. I agree to the 19th and receive a confirmation of the scheduled delivery on the 18th. I receive the delivery window time for 12:30 - 4:30pm. Only to receive a call at 1:00pm in my scheduled delivery time that the truck drivers don’t have the tools necessary to complete the delivery and it will need to be rescheduled for the 21st.

There was very clear and professional communication from all of my interactions with the company. The info regarding scheduling and the updates were great.

They were great!

The driver of the RXO delivery truck did not set the parking brake. The truck rolled into my trees and I ran and jumped into the truck to stop it before it hit anything else. I have not had any returned calls or emails from the local branch. They left me to cut all the broken limbs from my trees and fix the rut from the truck.

Follow up 9/2/26
A claim was supposedly created, and I received a phone call. It ended there. I was told I would get help with the repair bill, and I do not have a contact. I need RXO to see this through. It has been a month already.

The crew was friendly and right on time. It was great having the tracking device so I could be outside ready for them.
