Very disappointing delivery experience with RXO Last Mile.

My IKEA furniture was scheduled to be delivered on Friday, but the delivery never happened. I contacted RXO multiple times, and the employees kept giving me different information. I was told that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did.

The worst part is the lack of communication and accountability. If there is a problem with the delivery, customers deserve honest information and a simple phone call—not excuses and promises that are never followed through.

I would not recommend RXO Last Mile based on this experience. IKEA should seriously reconsider using a delivery company that treats customers this way.

I am giving RXO 1 star only because I can’t give them 0. RXO has scheduled the delivery of my LG washing machine 3 times. RXO contacted me the night before the first 2 deliveries asking me to reschedule the deliveries . RXO was a no call, no show on the 3rd delivery. I’m currently waiting for them to contact me with a 4th delivery date. RXO has lied to me multiple times. Both about the actual delivery status and promising to call me back with an update on the delivery status. BUYER BEWARE! Avoid buying appliances online from companies which use RXO for home delivery and installation. The money you save on the online purchase quickly disappears when you have to take off work multiple times to wait for the RXO delivery which does’t happen!

I personally wish I could give them zero stars. They have been a pain in my back from the minute I accepted the load. One of the Brokers called me to see what my ETA was I told him I could be there in 20 minutes... 11am he was excited and said great. I sat for over 3 hours waiting to get into this place the rate con said 230 the appointment was 3 they would not let me in early. Since then they're tracking device has spam me every hour on the hour texting me over 15 times in one night I got absolutely no sleep. They're only concern is knowing where the shipment is inch by inch not the safety of the driver I will never haul a load for them again. To be honest they should be banned from the freight industry the way they treat the driver

I wish zero stars was an option. They cancelled the delivery on thousands of dollars in appliances with no justification and no prior contact. I merely got a text and an email that said it was cancelled and I had to call back to reschedule. The links they provided didn't work and said I had no order. The customer service reps I talked to were of no help. Now I have to wait a minimum 7 more days for them to attempt to get it on their delivery truck. This company is absolute garbage.

Update- they have failed to successfully schedule my delivery the last FOUR TIMES I spoke with them. Now I’m stuck another 18 days without my order. Avoid doing business with any company that uses RXO for delivery

The guys that delivered the cabinets were very nice and very helpful to make sure we received all of our order . Very happy to have our cabinets in house .

Ordered a new dishwasher from LG and is coming through RXO. It is white glove service. Says they will install and haul away when delivered. Well when the delivery team showed up I opened the door and first thing the guy says to me in broken English is we don't install call LG to set it up. Just a bold face lie when it is on the description of services provided. Wait a week and the morning the "install" team was suppose to show up get another message saying they need to reschedule. What a joke of a company this is. Just a bunch of liars that don't follow through with what is promised. If I could I would return to and go with another company who follows through but I'm sure that would be even more of a headache because you can't talk to anyone who isn't in India and the chat is useless no one ever responds.

Surprised how happy spirited the two guys were for being late in the afternoon and still pushing boxes around

The men who delivered my cabinets were exceptional!!!! Kind, respectful and very apologetic for the late delivery. Extremely hard and diligent workers. They deserve 5 stars!
Your service to check on the delivery that was late was absolutely horrible and inefficient. You are wasting money to use them! No ability to track a truck or speak to the driver to check on their personal status ..pathetic.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I am having 21 pieces of Polywood furniture white glove delivered and they gave us a 3-7 window. They were running behind so no way they could assemble 21 pieces of furniture before dark. The delivery team lied and said there was water and they couldn’t get to our house. I can see on the tracking they are close and there isn’t any flooding in the area. I called the number and am told I cannot reschedule for 24-48 hours until a new ticket is issued. Such horrible service especially considering this white glove service is not cheap.

They were delivering a washing machine to my home Marion Junction,Al. They didn’t deliver to us because there gps took them to a dirt road that I didn’t live on. So they took back to the warehouse and didn’t let me know . So I canceled the order with Lowe’s.

Very untrustable and unreliable. They lie about the delivery attempt and rescheduling.

They attempted no delivery, called or reschule the delivery but than wrote "Cannot Perform Stop - Stop not performed due to the consignee rescheduling enroute" which than automatically postponed my delivery by exactly 2 weeks.

Great communication about delivery through text and chat when I reached out about the delivery truck getting through security gate. Drivers were very nice, even with having to deal with construction re-routing in the neighborhood.

The communication with texts to keep me updated was nice but I would’ve liked an update the day before to confirm rather than the day of an hour before the arrival window. I also felt very rushed as they unloaded the cabinets. We had a large delivery and they unloaded so fast I couldn’t keep track of what the boxes were to know of I was missing something or not.

Large delivery to a construction site. Not a home. Inappropriate delivery time not within promised delivery window.

Friendly, on time, and efficient.

The guys handled the truck well in a somewhat difficult situation and did a great job unloading. They were very pleasant in their interactions
