I would like to ask Rydefree when they are updating the portal I have uploaded my license 3 or 4 times now it says it’s there but you can’t view the license! Does this mean you can’t see it either? I’m very much looking forward to getting my new Xtrail!

Too good to be true

Only leaving a review so other people don’t fall victim to this scam. I’ve already contacted my card provider and waiting for my refund. If you have paid them feel free to contact your bank/refundee etc. and try to get your money back.

Not heard anything off this rydfree for a long time I paid on acrylic card so I will be claiming back the money off them give it another month heard nothing report as a scam signed up for the service in October 2024

Anticipation and Patience.... Worth it in the end

I know we all hate the anticipation of waiting for something huge and exciting to happen. I've been a subscriber since October 2024. But just think of how rewarding all this waiting will turn out to be when all is said and done and we are all on the road with this amazing brand new company and way of advertising!!
A new business is like a new born. You can't rush it into life and expect it to learn anything and everything in a day. You've got to ease it through, walk with it, fix it's ouchies. It takes an army to build a nation (in this case a new company) but it takes just one to tear it all down. Be encouraging and patient. We will all be rewarded in the end

Is it actually real ?? Guys think about it this way 2000x£200=£400.000 only 😊don't say more than 2000 people paid. Dont worry guys I paid as well however I don't really see a real proof that this thing actually is real. We don't have any guarantee. So I am still waiting to see what is next let's hope for the best.

I have emailed and tried calling the number and even sent texts but everything seems to have stopped since January. I was ready to give up and think yeah I have been done again. But I looked at everybody’s reviews here. And whatever they have said. Rydfree has taken time to respond to everyone. They say that they are not going anywhere and that makes me feel better. I know it’s so frustrating waiting for something like this. And it would be nice to know what’s happening. I still believe in them. Would just love to hear something anything from them.

Been a subscriber since June 2024 but…

Been a subscriber since June 2024 but for it to be a successful Launch and the setbacks they have had regarding the screens plus Christmas holidays we just got to be patient. I use to email them all the time but not anymore. Just let them do their thing. I keep checking the driver portal but nothing changed, so don't know when the delivery will be scheduled.

Hi my name is Bruce Rabb


I signed up in October 2024. I have experienced some of the things that are written about. I believe this is a new type of advertising. When a company starts up, it takes time to get things lined up. Some of the problems being experienced might happen again,they are working on it, but be patient the drivers that signed up 2024, 2025 are pioneers of a new adventure. It will work out, if not you can get your $250(USA, 200 in UK). I believe this is real.

Scam or No scam that is the risk

Tried to give it a try but both payment methods I've used keep getting denied, and there is no one to speak to or. They lack communication they have not called to go over details about joining. But their company does seem to be a legit registered company in lieu of these technical flaws they currently possess. They have a no customers service to answer queries. I contacted support prior to this post the website is flaw my payment keep getting blocked after using multiple cards

Give theses guys a break

This is a New business and yes at first I was a little skeptical and yes time lines have drifted away from where they were. However the company have kept in touch when I've emailed them, they have updated me and I've seen since paying my deposit back early 2024 that the driver portal has become a thing and according to the latest news we're week's away from receiving our cars. I for one am excited to see how things progress. It's hard enough for New businesses in this world so let's give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll update my review in due course. @Ryd4free keep going and doing your thing.

I'm very optimistic about the launch of Rydfree. I think it will be very successful once off the ground floor. It seems that the overwhelming thing is that no one is receiving any feedback and that's what is be echoed over the web.
A representative should be designated to respond to only call from those individuals signed up to the platform. Or the website should be updated accordingly. I have tried to call several times and left a message to call back but hasn't gotten any feedback. But I'm still optimistic because it's so many individuals across the states that's signed up and not getting any feedback. I truly would appreciate if I get some kind of feedback. By phone or email or and update on the website.
I look forward to the launch and being apart of the Rydfree platform.

Hello Derrick. Thanks for the 5 star review its appreciated. Yes point taken. It has been a crazy time last year and there has been a number of high priority challenges to deal with then the Christmas Holidays. Until we move into the rollout phase the driver support team is very small but we are actively recruiting and hopefully starting more driver support agents in the next week in preparation for a January rollout. So if we have not spoken to anyone personally yet we will do as soon as we can. And as soon as the process of delivering cars starts you will all be the first to know via the portal. The software team come back to work on the 2nd Jan and will start working again on the portal then. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Mr Singh. We have made it clear to all subscribers that we have had some technical and logistical delays. Unfortunately we cant provide car details until such time as your delivery has been scheduled which wont be until January as we are closed over Christmas. And as a free driver of one of our cars you are not in a position to demand proof of purchase. We have a large waiting list so if you would like to drop out of the program to allow someone else to take your place, just let us know and we will refund you. Otherwise please wait until your delivery is scheduled early in the new year along with everyone else. Have a Great Christmas and New Year.

I signed up for RydFree on yesterday…

I signed up for RydFree on yesterday 12/25/24. So far I received a email receipt confirming my purchase. I tried calling the number listed on the website and received voicemail. I left a voicemail message but no one has contacted me. After every call to RydFree not only do I receive voicemail but a immediate text notification. The text notification greets me using my name and request I list the best time to call back the following day in the text. I did and none has called back.

Hi LaTisha. Thanks for subscribing as a ride free driver. As we are not running any kind of retail service our driver back office team are not working on Christmas day or Boxing day. They are having a well needed break before our big launch in January. But you will be contacted and onboarded properly during this week before New Year. Hope you have a great Christmas.

Maybe legit but they can't deliver on time...

UK customer here.
Like everyone else I registered and paid them back in June. The car based on what was mentioned in the contract was supposed to be delivered by October, it never did. I did email a few times asked for an updated, they kept saying its a complex process...
I asked for a refund but then they ghosted me.
I had to go through my credit company to be able to get my money back.

Seems to be moving slowly
