Firstly I would like to clarify for you and anyone else who tries to discredit us in this way when you register with us we track every message, email, and call attempt, and we record all calls.

So it is easy to prove you have never complained to us, asked us about the delivery schedule, or requested a refund. Had you done so, we would have helped you and immediately refunded you if you requested it. You have also not asked your bank to refund the payment, which is what you would do if we refused.

We have no interest in trying to trap anyone into an agreement with us that they don't want and certainly, we don't want to work with or help someone who behaves in such a dishonest way as this. We are looking to work long-term with nice people who appreciate that we are helping them to get a brand new car for free, and they are helping us by driving it around.

We make it very clear on the website, in writing and video, that the delivery process takes 3 months so demanding anything after only 21 days is ridiculous. I see we have been onboarding you onto the portal and you communicated with us to do that without saying anything about having a problem. So our multiple communications channels are wide open for you to talk to us about anything that concerns you.

Also to be clear we are not renting or financing vehicles to you so it would appear you completely misunderstand our business model, what we are doing and the processes we have. Even though it is spelled out on the website you have chosen to ignore that and enter into an agreement you don't understand.

So feel free to speak to anyone you like about it. The first thing they will ask is, have you complained in writing? And have you asked us for a refund? The answer to these questions is no you have not. So we have to question your motivation for this review.

Under the circumstances, we certainly won't be offering you a free car, so please, follow the normal process for any business, email or message us requesting a refund of your processing fee and it will be refunded with no problem at all.

Public notice. We have recently been under attack online from this group of individuals who are operating on behalf of rival businesses, by posting false accusations against us. They are easy for you to identify because they usually exhibit the same traits. They are spending their time on a contrived campaign against us and often write with an angry tone but have no claim that we did anything to them, they never have any real evidence. They always use false identities and multiple pseudonyms to cover their tracks. They are all currently under investigation by our legal team.

Thank you for sharing your personal opinion on this public platform in an attempt to discredit us. Unfortunately, you could not be further from the truth.

Firstly let us be clear, you have not paid us any money or expected anything from us, you have only filled out the initial form for further information, you are not a customer and are not in contract with us, you are only stating a false opinion with very little information about our full signup process.

RydFree has published its own rule about only offering one car per postcode district to allow us, at our discretion, the option to reject too many applications in one area. We are building a national network of vehicles which should not all be in one place, for obvious reasons. However, in large cities and due to advertiser demand, we may need more vehicles in some areas. So we may sometimes accept more than one application in one place. In short, this is our rule and we are entitled to change it at our commercial discretion and accept or decline applications based on our coverage requirements.

We operate a whiter than white operational policy therefore it is impossible to discredit us with anything real. We invite you to contact us on our main number to discuss why you feel it is necessary to stage a contrived online attack against us.
