I booked Umrah with safa and Marwa tours after coming across them on internet. They offered a reasonable package to suit my needs. Brother Abdul Rehman was very helpful in answering questions and making changes and check on us through out the journey to ensure we were comfortable. The trip was well planned and very easy with our 6 month old . We had few hurdles on our journey but after contacting the company they made sure it was sorted.. the transport arranged by the company was very efficient. The hotels booked were within good reach. Highly recommend this company and Abdul Rehman, will book with them again.

We found this company online with a quick search. We asked to be contacted to have a package put together. Abdul Rehman contacted us back and arranged a bespoke package from flights, guide, transportation and hotel. They were immediately contactable and were very attentive. Jahanzeb was always very helpful and was willing to help at any time. Packages he provided were very cost friendly and accomodating. We are yet to go Umrah but would highly recommend to book your Umrah with them it was very smooth

I can't write enough to say how good this company is and how well every thing was organised during hajj season. Maulana Adil Zaman sahb owner of the company himself made sure that everything was organised with precision, starting from visa to flights, to hotel arrangements in Makkah, food and then arrangements during hajj season. Mina camps, arafat and each and everything was done brilliantly. Our group was extremely well organised led by kind Mufti Tariq who made this experience lovely. Transport arrangements were excellently looked after during busy hajj season and we did not experience any hiccup. All in all it was a lovely experience and I will recommend Safa and Marwa to each and everyone.

Booked with Safa Marwa and it turned out to be a very good package. Exactly how it was advertised. The owner and group leaders shown very good hospitality and taught us as we went along. The location of the hotel in Makkah and Madinah were very close to the haram. Also, Mina location was excellent and was close to Jamarat. Arafat tents was air conditioned and food was excellent. Food supplied at the hotels was excellent. Overall I would recommend Safa Marwa.

Customer service very helpful, when I was enquiring they followed up with my enquiry. Unfortunate I am not able to travel this year but inshallah will use them when I am able to travel.
