I have booked this company for many umrahs. Always get great service and help. The leaders of the groups have excellent knowledge of Islam and of the ziyarats that you visit whilst in Makkah and Madinah. Very helpful and kind. I will use them for my hajj in the future inshallah.

We were trying to find a decent Umrah Package, but were struggling with others who kept getting the flight dates wrong and hotel days, after going back and forth for 2 days, they were still getting something in the package wrong. Then we came across Abdul Rehman from Safa and Marwa tours, who understood what we were looking for from one simple message and provided us with an offerdable package.

last year when looking for good hotels and a package i was looking around and came across Qasim. I was looking for packages with hotels close by 1 minute walk. Allhamduallah he was able to deliver this very well. When i went to saudi i was happy with everything, the way it was explained it was better then that. I have no re booked with him this year and In’Sha’Allah i won’t be disappointed.

Overall, I would say that Safa and Marwa did a brilliant job in supporting myself and my family, from the very start to the total end. As promised everything was exactly as it had been said to me. The hotels and accomodation were wrll within a pleasing range. Abdul Rehman, was the main guy for myself. He had pleasure and passion in a way where it tailored to our specific requirements. A very lovely individual, who not just sold us a package, but was considerate enough to keep in contact at all times. Well done Abdul Rehman, I pray The Almighty protects you and your family always for giving us the best experience during such a busy time!

I would highly recommend these guys to all and everyone, if they are new to travelling and are in need of authentic travel agents. I found them to be fair in price and compared to the competition (which i did look around everywhere before i bought my package) and the availability for when they are needed definitely sold it to me!

Never buy a umrah package from this organisation - i read the reviews and booked which was a mistake - they have fake reviews. They promised us a package that is cheap which was all a lie to get us as customers. Then demand all the money to mess you about and not give you the deal they promised. I dealt with a guy called Shoaib Tehseen who told me i can't have my money back at all and it was only after threatening with trading standards i finally got my money back after weeks of headache. Also the so called Manager Abyaan who was forcing to charge false charges so that i was stuck and have to go ahead with them. They take advantage of your despair and desperation. They are all based in Pakistan trading like they do in pakistan with commission in mind not the customer, bartering and being dishonest. Fraudies in Pakistan.

They also trade under 'Thousand miles' which helps them keep what they are doing hidden. The owners name is Adil Zaman on company house to make sure you have the right company not to use. They also to further deceive people trade on website umrahcentre.co.uk company house 9511764.

Moiz is very unprofessional and rude. Wishes hurdles for customers who do not take his quote despite his quote being the most expensive out of 5 quotes received from the top 5 umrah and Hajj companies on google. See screenshot where I politely decline and he says that I should face hurdles in my umrah.

Moiz, the Safa and Marwa tours staff that attended to me was really friendly and so helpful. He made Ummrah a reality for myself and wife. We initially wanted giving up when we couldn’t get Saudi visa but he assured us that we could go ahead and have visa on arrival with our Nigeria passport and UK BRP card. We eventually travelled and got Visa on arrival. We then proceeded to the Mecca hotel from Jeddah airport and the hotel has a bus that always move from the hotel to Masjid Haram. We also visited Medina and our hotel there was a walking distance to Masjid Haram. Overall, it was really a wonderful experience.

Brother Abdul Rehman was a fantastic with his job,honestly speaking, I really like his response and the way you kept on contacting me, this was amazing, alhamdulillah. 5*. First-class service.
