I dealt with a gentleman called Tom Griffin. He was extremely knowledeable about the insurance being offered and guided me through all the areas I was interested in. He also assisted me in reducing the amount I was supposed to pay through a well known company making sure that the new policy contained everything that was in the expensive policy.

Sam was absolutely brilliant in helping us arrange our insurance. She was very friendly, patient and professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to help. We really appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance!

I found Jas Hayre to be very friendly and helpful, and dealt with my buildings and contents insurance in a very professional manner. He took time explain all the options which made decision making simpler and easier.

I use Safe & Secure every year to get the best deal on home insurance, we've been using them 11 years now. It's a win-win because I don't have to spend time on comparisons, but it doesn't cost me anything and I know I'm getting the best deal. I also appreciate that Safe & Secure call me (rather than me calling them) if they find a better deal at renewal time.
