They just got me for almost $300.00
I sent glasses back and even have a tracking number but they claim they did not receive them. So I am out a butt load of money and they have my glasses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. and without the consumer protection agency you have nothing to protect yourself. Please learn from my mistake and stay away.

Ordered some brand name safety glasses. Paid extra for their most expensive transition lens and a tint on them. 4months in the tint is flacking off and it is impossible to see through the lens. I contacted customer support and they told me that this is wear and tear. This is clearly a product defect wear and tear would not have the lens tint flack off making the lens blurry. I replied to them and they never answered. I have a 3year old pair that i ordered from my local optometrist and they are still in great shape unfortunately the prescription is not up to date

If I could give these rip offs a negative 5 I would do so!!! My husband ordered prescription safety glasses from Safety Gear Pro and it hasn't been even a month, he gets to work goes to put them on his face and they fall apart!! Like the frame went into two pieces with left eye glass falling out. How does this even happen?? We contacted the company and they asked for a picture, I sent them a picture and they email us back stating they are unable to take the glasses back or do a return. Like what!?!? Your safety glasses you mailed us was junk and you can't take them back?!? It hasn't been a month! We wanted them fixed and you can't do that!?!? You are a big SCAM AND I HIGHLY recommend people to run from this company and NEVER do business with them you will get frail plastic junk that falls and breaks easily just by putting then on

Absolutely horrible. Customer service was difficult to reach and when I did get ahold of someone, they repeated the same issues over and over and could not give me a realistic idea when I would receive me order. Transit issue, problem with my order, etc.... Ordered on Sept 17th and got them Nov 3rd. The glasses were actually great and my prescription is accurate.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses on their website and received an email 3 days later saying item was on backorder. I responded immediately and requested a cancellation and refund. After two days with no response, I emailed them again. No response. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company. These people are scammers! Beware!

I ordered a pair of safety glasses on June 8th 2024, knowing it might take 3 to 4 weeks to get them. At the 3 week mark, I got an email saying they were finished, but having trouble with shipping. I emailed to ask when they might ship and got no reply.

At the 4 week mark, I started calling and leaving voice-mails as well as emails and have gotten no response. At the 5 week mark, I started asking to cancel the order and got no reply.

On July 16th, I got a live human! And she promised to cancel my order and send me an email. Friend, she lied.

Now I'm back to leaving voice-mails and emails that don't get answered. I have no choice now but to file a charge back with my credit card.

Avoid, avoid, avoid these jagoffs.

Easy ordering process, was able to find everything I needed. I received everything I had ordered, and received them in a timely matter.

I ordered some Oakley det cord safety glasses in April 24, they were advertised as in stock, but were unavailable at time of order as I was informed after payment was made.
After correspondence with Lou Javier from sales, I requested a refund, I keep getting told it is being processed but nothing. In my experience Lou Javier cannot be trusted, has no integrity.
I will never purchase anything from Safety Gear Pro ever and I suggest you do the same….

I have the OG 225 safety frame.
I love the frame and would have given an all 5 rating if it were not for the nosepiece/bridge.
The material the bridge is made of wears out, basically decomposing, after about 6 to 10 weeks

I should have known when they edited my review on their website from a negative to the one positive sentence in the review.
My recent problems are that it took months to receive my mirrored safety glasses, that I paid extra for the anti glare coating, and they came with the mirror on the inside of the lenses.
I contacted them and specifically asked how do we prevent it from happening again?
They responded "Good afternoon,

Do not worry, we are here to help you.

I will ask the lab manager in regards to this matter. We will get the frames corrected and sew what we can do about it as our laba manager will be able to tell us why this is happening.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience caused to you."

And then sent back the exact same mirror on the inside of the lenses problem.

Do not use your FSA account to pay for these. I used my CC and was able to get the charges reversed. FSA has a time limit and this company conveniently draws this process out over several months.

Ordered 2 sw06e for my job and they are really good, I got them both delivered in 10 days and they came in good condition. I also got extra nose pads so I can replace them easily. I’d recommend safety gear to anyone.

I had a great experience shopping at safetycarepro.com. I purchased a pair of Tifosi prescription sunglasses for cycling and they came on time and the tent and prescription job was excellent.

I got a pair of safety eyeglasses from this company. Honestly my experience was amazing. I ordered my glasses and they arrived in 2 weeks, they fit great and i use them everyday in the field.

This place is terrible. I ordered my glasses over a month ago and they still haven't shipped yet. I will never ever order from this place again!! They actually don't deserve one star I had to give them one to right a review.

Update it's January 12th and my glasses still hasn't shipped yet.

Finally received my glasses on January 19th.

50 days into it. Wrong scrip wrong bifocal. But my eye doctors fault. This company is a scam. Only gave 1 star because without it won't let you write anything. But really a minus 241. And they won't do anything about it. And these morons don't care. Just go to Walmart and get your glasses. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional. Must hire all the illegals Biden let's into the country. 30 day free returns. But they won't give you a return code for 25 days. Have fun with thus crap company. I lost. Don't follow my bad decisions

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they are am absolute scam. Their website looks legitimate but they will not fulfill your order and will run off with your money. Check out their rating on Better Business Bureau.

Horrible, buggy website. Doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to security. Had multiple issues just trying to set up an account. Decided it was too much hassle just to do this. Going to a better safer vendor.

It took them about 2 months to make my safety glasses and by the time they arrived the prescription did not work at all. When I asked for a Full Refund as advertised, I heard nothing for about Four weeks and when I inquired I was provided only a 50% refund. Don’t trust this company, terrible customer service and they don’t promise what they advertise.
