They take weeks to reply.
I was told a pair of safety glasses has removable side shields, and so I ordered. When it arrived, I found the shields are not removable. After weeks of asking how to remove the side shields, I was sent a wrong Youtube link that shows how to remove side shields of other glasses!!
I am now asking for a simple replacement because I was misled into buying the glasses. They told me after weeks that they can only offer 75% refund, but it is wrong because their staff misled me. And I am left waiting for weeks and they still cannot decide what to do. WTH???!!!

This is a scam, DO NOT USE!
Still no email response (despite their reply in the comments) and no partial refund. I have emailed their customer service line to check-in and have received nothing after their reply comment below.

It seemed fishy from the beginning when my husband ordered. They sent the wrong product/prescription that we returned in December 2022. We have called, emailed, chatted and done all we could do get our money back and nothing. They will respond and give you a few steps to take, which we did. They even said they received the return but ultimately it is a scam and you will not see your money again. We have all the documentation and photos of product. How unfortunate this is the world we live in.

We would gladly accept any amount of a refund, even 75% would be appropriate as the order was wrong and we followed the instructions of a return and it’s been over 6 months. Though we have not heard from your return team at the email address provided and we have emailed on numerous occasions.

If a refund is given, I will take down my comment claiming this company is a scam, though I am not convinced due to the lack of customer service for the last 6+ months of trying to get a refund for the incorrect product.

Do not order from this company. The company will send an email confirmation stating your glasses will be delivered in 7-16 business days from order date. I placed my order on 5/25 and still have not received my order and it is 6/19. False advertising! I received an update stating my glasses will be delivered on 6/26. Ridiculous!

I recently purchased the ANSI Det Cord SI OAKLEY Safety glasses with my prescription and I absolutely love them. I actually bought these a couple of years back and accidentally broke them. I didn't want to buy a new pair because from where I purchased them they were expensive. I found Safety Gear and there prices are unbeatable and they delivered actually sooner than expected. Overall I will be purchasing some more prescription safety glasses in the near future. Thanks again and highly satisfied

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT make a purchase with this company... They have bad business practices. I placed an order for prescription safety glasses over 24 days ago.. after their 17 day advertised shipping period i began writing them emails about my order. Each reply i got from them was the same boiler plate email.. "your glasses are in the lab being built to your specs" Today i finally got tired of the wait and called them to cancel. They said sure, but we are going to charge you a 50% cancellation fee. Even though i expressed they were beyond their advertised shipping period. Well i contacted my Credit Card Company (Discover) they went on their web page and read their order policy and told me my order was beyond the 17 day shipping period Safety Gear Pro advertises... Therefor, my credit card company refunded 100% of the charges.... I only wish i did a review search of this company before i placed the order, because i can clearly see now these people seem to be scamming people

Garbage company. Same issues as everyone else here. I recently had a vision exam and updated prescription. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses, each with a different company. Regular pair was thru Shopko Optical, took 3 days. Sunglasses were thru Zinni, took 6 days. Safety glasses thru Safety Gear Pro. A month later and still hasn't even shipped. Only generic responses from customer service. Better off paying more thru literally any other company than these clowns. Should've known better since its a Texas company.

No customer service...say at the lab...im not putting up with that...I disputed the charge to my bank because is is a scam...I reported to the BBB and I'm going to keep going...these fraudulent clowns! Don't order anything!

Fraudulent company! Buyers beware! Ordered 3 pairs of glasses Dec 2022 it’s now end of January with zero updates… company sent a pair of completely wrong sunglasses and wrong prescription 2 weeks ago and states they needed to receive these back before they could even begin to make my order???

Ordered a pair of safety eyewear. Was happy with the product, but its lenses cracked in normal use. The workmanship on the glass parts is quite poor, its like they use rodents to cut away excess plastics. Did not get refunds. Cant recommend.

I ordered a pair of safety prescription glasses from SafetyGear Pro on 05/04/22 for nearly $400. I thought I had been scammed because it took a really long time and I could not get any response on the status from customer service. I received the glasses a month later, but still no response from my emails, phone calls, or messages left on their messaging system..they just showed up one day. I was unable to see out of the glasses, the prescription was way off. They tried to blame it on the prescription, but I had a regular pair of glasses (non-safety) made from the same prescription and I can see out of them just fine. They said to send them back to the lab and if they found anything wrong they would remake them, this was 06/24/22. I asked for an update a month after I sent the glasses back and was ignored several times. Finally, I received the replacement glasses on 08/08/22, and I believe they are the same glasses as before, I still cannot see out of them. I have sent 4 messages to alert them that they are still not right, I have not received a response from any of my messages and today is 09/08/22 (one month later). I guess I am out $400. Learn from my loss and Stay clear of this company!

I waited way too long on the phone for anyone to answer. I put some glasses in the cart and was ready to buy them but had a question and decided to call. When there was no answer I searched for reviews and found this site. Very grateful I did and read the terrible reviews. It saved me $300.

Total BS company! After over a month I finally received my glasses! Just to find they are the wrong prescription! I then tried to return these glasses via the Free shipping & return policy the website boasts about, But wouldn't you know they are refusing to pay shipping, As a matter of fact they wont even take my phone calls!! This "Company" is a total SCAM and a Joke!
My company will never do business with these people ever again!!

I should have looked at this site before I bought anything. Luckily we buy one or two products before we bulk order.
Been waiting 2 months. No product. They don't answer requests for help. It's a scam. Don't order from them

They suck. Ordered glasses black to orange fade frames 6/8/2022. Was told 14-16 business days. They showed up 7/11/2022 as the wrong frames. Emailed them and someone said it was past the 30 day return policy. I haven’t even had them 20 hours and the order was created 33 days ago. They won’t answer customer service calls, corporate calls, and returns isn’t an option. I wasn’t pissed until they blew me off repeatedly

If there was a rating less than 1 i would give them. I ordered pair of sunglasses in May. This is July and I still have not received them. No update on the order. Customer service number keeps going to voice mail. I have already called 4 times since last two weeks and no call back yet. I dropped email, no reply either. It increasingly looks like this company is a scam.

Never received my order. They don’t reply on emails. Soon I will inform police about scams doing by this company.
It is time to finish this illegal activity.
