HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE.
I ordered on January 21st 2022 a pair of Polarized prescription grade sunglasses for $403.00. They sent the wrong prescription and the glasses were not polarized on March 2nd. I then returned the sunglasses and asked for a return. I have called 4 times. I keep getting a hold of a customer service representative and they tell me their supervisor will call me back. THEY NEVER DO. Today i was on the phone with them for over an hour to get my money back and they hung up on me!!!!!!!
They still have my $403.00 and the returned sunglasses. YALL ITS MAY

Worst experience- Scam?
Ordered 2 pair of Vogue Sunglasses- ...200$ deducted the next day of the purchase - thought delay in delivery because shipped to Europe...- 4 emails, 3 voicemails - no one replied or called back! a Non existent customer service - Still waiting for my sunglasses!

Worst customer service I've ever had to…
Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Took me 2.5 months to receive my glasses. I ordered Spy frames but I received an email telling me the frames wouldn't work with my RX so I picked a cheaper frame. I had to call 3 times to receive the price difference back. Then they gave me the difference of the cheapest pair of Spy glass they have. I'll never use this company again. We buy RX safety glasses for my employee's but they won't come from this company that's for sure.

Horrible Services, nothing delivered - Stay Away
I bought a pair of glasses in Oct 10 2021 and so far (Nov 28 2021) it still not shipped.
Their customer services keep saying “shipping soon” for the last month and nothing.
I’ve asked for a refund twice already and got nothing - this is unacceptable.
Worst customer experience I had in a while. I do NOT recommend.
