I've been their customer for more than 3 years and quite happy with the designs and quality..the dresses are very well stitched and do stand out in any wardrobe..apart from a few times mostly I have been a very happy customer of SanaSafinaz

Their readymade collection is very good

Costumer service is good way of dealing is also good .but there is a need to improve there design as compare to other brands

My ultimate way to go when buying unstitched clothes Only thing i don't like is unreal prices Thought Sana Safinaz could work a bit with their prices as a Pakistani brand

Awful quality of clothes that look below average! They sent the order without inspecting and I got ripped clothes with torn tassel! My past orders also had poor quality materials! I am done this time. I wish the review would give me photo attachment option then I could show what was sent. I will never order from this company again and advocate other people not to order either!

Clothe quality is really not good and im not talking aboit sale item... Sale items will destroy after 1 wearing...

Absolutely AWFUL customer service.....an item was missing from an order, a slip for a childs Frock which is unwearable without it. Item was ordered on 10th July and received on 18th July for an event on 15th August. Since then I have emailed numerous times and each time I am asked to send images of what has been received or they are still looking into it...... just send the Slip

I ordered multiple clothes from sana safinaz over 2 and a half weeks ago and still they haven't dispatched even though they have to dispatch it to a pakistan address. I ordered these clothes for a special occasion and now I won't recieve them on time. Everytime I call up ( which costs me money as I live in the UK) or whatsapp they keep saying the same thing... ' it will be dispatched in 1/2 days' but 1/2 days go by and nothing happens. Some of my items that i ordered are out of stock but this doesnt mean they cant send the rest of the order?This is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be ordering from here again and neither should you. I was visiting Pakistan and ordered some clothes online to take them back home with me. People raved about their clothes and so I placed an order for myself and to take as presents.
Placed 2 orders:
1. Order #2003422841 (25 June)
2. Order #2003421089 (24 June)
It didn’t arrive till the 4th of July which is when I started panicking and contacted customer support to which they kept saying “it’s in process”. I kept reaching out and told them the urgency and kept requesting them to expedite my order.
I was travelling on 7 July and they still didn’t arrive. After several calls and follow up I get a whatsapp response after i’m back that 1 order has been shipped and the other order has been cancelled as your items are out of stock. Now the one order that was shipped i’ll have to get it couriered for a price more than my order with sana safinaz itself!
Absolutely pathetic.

Stay away from this company
The suits look nothing like the pictures, no accessories included except for few bits of flimsy lace.
I ordered 8 suits and And all of them were just basic dress material which would be a lot cheaper to buy from a store, I cannot believe that they show you something else and send you something completely different.
Never again and definitely wouldn't recommend sana safinaz.

Appalling customer service for bridal wear. They reply to you like they are doing a favour by letting you wear their label- bluntly and in monosyllables. Zero interest in helping a potential customer out. I have bought stuff a lot more expensive from other Indian and PK labels but this is by far the worst wrt customer service, Never again!

I always order from Uk online sana safinaz website never had had a problem they always send me the clothes within 2 weeks and also call me to ask me if I am happy with my purchase I have recommended them to everyone and will always shop thank you

Worst ever.No similarity between catalogue and actual dress.Won't recommend this to anyone ever!

I ordered few shirts from Sana Safinaz recently to US.I was surprisesd how quick the shipping was. They provided a tracking number and everything I ordered was in perfect condition. I wonder ehy people are complaining about bad service and bad quality. If you haven't been to Pakistan in a while you have no idea what's in fashion. The people complaining should make their purchases from the cheap looking Indian Boutiques in US and Canada if they are looking for 80's look. This is a good Pakistani brand and I loved my order.

Dodgy company bad customer service not dispatching my order. Do not buy any thing from Pakistan there business model is not customer oriented.

Stay away from this fraudlent company. They took my money and refusing to refund it as the item is out of stock, offering me a credit note instead.
Cannot believe they can run buisness like this.
I hope they get it back as they are slowly ruining their buisness.
This Marina khan from customer services is awful not replying to my mails despite several chase for a refund.

Ordered a suit n mistakenly got a defected dupatta, talked to customer representative and issue was resolved in just 2 days as they sent me the new dupatta, great customer service

Very disappointed with sana safinaz. I ordered winter collection online, they charged my card the very next day, and haven’t delivered my dresses yet. Its been more than a month that ive been chasing them, but no point. Please dont order through their website. They are all scammers. When they see international customers, they fool them. Charge the debit card and don’t deliver the package. Highly disappointed with sana safinaz

Sana Safinaz is my go to brand. I find every occasion outfits at SS whether it's a wedding function, Eid or even for office/daily wear.

I recently ordered from their latest Mahay collection which is the most affordable collection with amazing & colorful prints.
