Such a cooperative customer support. I had some issues while making payment through my card, they guided me so well and frequently solve my issue. Always happy with their service and quality of products.

I ordered their latest Mahay Winter collection and was pretty impressed by the quality they are providing in PKR 3,999. Must say great value for money.
Besides, their staff was very cooperative in modifying my address. I have two addresses and due to some issues i had to move to the other address so i emailed them to update my address and they were kind enough to make the changes timely.

I purchased an item and paid over £100, they took my money and then told me its out of stock. After several emails i was told i would be refunded the full amount. Refund came through at 48p. Shocking, do not order from this company. When i chased them they said we have refunded the full amount!!!! Still awaiting a response!

Horrible horrible horrible do not order from them!!!!! Omg for a well renowned brand I was so surprised. Ordered things months ago still hasn’t arrived ZERO response from them they just want your money and will be in touch till they get it and forget about it !!!! Do not use them if you need anything soon or if you expect customer service !!! Horrible experience still don’t have my clothes and I had to pay $300 in shipping for a 300000 rupee order. Disappointed to the MAX!!!

Omg ! I wish i had read these reviews! I would have never ordered from them. Im experiencing the same thing. Order placed , payment received but no progress in getting the order shipped. What a thief brand !

They have a horrible customer service.
They have deducted the payment for my dresses which according to them are cancelled for delivery & not responding back nor refunding.
I have been receiving emails of someone else's order number & not mine.
They’re so unprofessional.

Very bad experience. The pictures on website look very nice, however you don’t get what you pay for. There are items such as poor material scarf instead of actual one advertised. Quality of fabric is not good. Customer service is terrible, it takes months to sort out a basic problem even like a refund. You have to email 20-30 times to get any response. They ask you to send ur email to different staff members who basically ask you the same thing over and over again. Sana safinaz do not give importance to customer service, as soon as they receive payment all problems are yours. Its a headache so don’t bother.

The company is a 20% scam.you'll get yr items but if theres an issue,they wont really get back to you and solve it.

Word of advise if you are going to purchase from them and your outside of Pakistan. Make sure you purchase using a credit card where you are protected by section 75. And chargeback for debit cards. Avoid PayPal as you have to raise dispute with them for the direct debit payment. What you see is not what you get. Just utter cr@ p.

Know that you can get your money back with with the banks.

Recently I purchased an outfit from sana safinas for Eid i Didn’t expect an high brand company to be this bad the clothes they sent did not look anything like it was shown on advertisement, the material was awful, when i try to comment on Instagram instead off replying the comments get deleted?and staff are rude What kind off customer service is this

For such a big brand the fabric is awful and cheap.Nothing looks like the photos they present on their website. There exchange and refund policies are absolutely pathetic It should be clearly stated on the website.
Do NOT buy from this company! Very bad quality I ordered Eid outfits from them my order number was 11000242004 when it arrived it didn’t look like it was shown in the picture. I was also charged different prices for the same suit. Beautifully advertised dresses, With very awful material and looks completely different.

placed my order paid the money then had my order cancelled before eid for no reason!!

Over two weeks ago I ordered a suite but they sent me totally different material.Most of the things are missing which they mentioned in description. Very bad experience.

Very bad experienc, I buyed clothes for my kids one of Them was a very bad quality and the told me that I Will godt 15 dollar only if I order more clothes.
And I payed 70 doller for that clothes 😔

Weeks ago and still not delivered. Phone number does not work, so messaged them on whatsapp for them to day delivery is on its way, but no email to notify me of this? Then they claimed they tried to deliver but could not locate the house! Load of nonsense, gave me no solutions and still waiting for my order. Pathetic.

I saw the item again on the website on Wednesday so reordered only to receive another email saying it’s out of stock

Surely they should be checking what they are advertising and their stock

Such a big name with the most terrible service misleading customers and let’s you down last minute. Left with nothing to wear on Eid. Wouldn’t advise anyone to shop from them in emergency
