I ordered 1 month back. Paid fee for DHL. Still not received order. I sent them multiple emails. There is no response. Opening ticket on website is having an error. I wil never order in future

I have placed a order on their webshop. I got a email of my order and the money went trough. Everything went fine. Until I suddenly got a mail today. According to the mail: My payment wasn’t received at Sana Safinaz and my order is now cancelled. There is no solution or anything.

I send them several mails and messages over Facebook page, but no response at all.

The order is cancelled and my money is gone.

Their customer service is basically non-existent. If you do manage to get a response, they are unhelpful. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my delivery despite paying £25 for DHL.
I found out that they actually send via UPS (a inferior and cheaper service) while charging me for DHL.
I have yet to hear back anything and I’m not sure that I will ever receive my products.

I placed an order in November and still Not delivered. Have been emailing them for an update or refund and no response from the sales team.

Terrible!!!! I live in the uk and ordered about 6 suits for my mum. They were on sale so I thought I’d buy a few. Month went past and the clothes didn’t come and I had no contact from Sana Safinaz. Emailed their customer service and found out they’d cancelled my order due to ‘low stock’ but they were able to process my order and take my money? Anyway, I was able to get a refund but I had wasted a whole month waiting and then had to rush to find some other clothes for my mum. Also, they didn’t contact me once about the cancellation or about issuing a refund- only gave one when I contacted them. Absolutely the worst experience and would never order from them again.

Very bad I got a dress for my daughter 5400 she wear once for 1 hour's and its ripped I go in for return but he didn't not return he just an outher pic and she wear again and it's ripped again not happy for quality and service

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING. ITS A SCAM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Bad experience, they cancelled my order after taking money out of my account.
I’ve tried emailing them calling them no response. So now I’m out of money.

I ordered online and I am based in Dubai.
My payment was taken and showing my order is in process.
4 days later i tried to track my order but it was showing cancelled!! I have emailed them several times and I have had no response.
This company is a scam! Do not order from them if you do not reside in Pakistan.
Complete disgrace for such a well known brand!!!

Avoid at all cost, outfits look nothing like the way they are presented on their website. Now I have the hassle of trying to recall my £300, avoid at all cost!

Wouldn’t even give this company a single star . I ordered two outfits but only received one and it was nothing to do with the delivery service it’s all to do with the stupid money stealing company . Absolutely hate the company now . Don’t ever order from them especially if you live in the UK. First of all they charge you like £12 for delivery and don’t even put forward your entire order .

I couldn't find any reviews about Sana Safinaz before ordering and I ordered 3 suits blindly. They took a month to arrive and when I did receive them they looked nothing like the picture that was on the website. The suits don't come with any of the embellishments that are shown in the picture and the fabric is horribly thin. I contacted customer service three times, once to find out where my order was (no reply), again to ask about the embellishments (no reply) and one last time to request a return or refund (no reply). If you comment about your order being missing or being of subpar quality they delete your comments. Buyer beware (I guess).
