I ordered over 1 lakhs (about $800) worth of unstitched suits from Sana Safinaz. On the pictures the dresses looked amazing but what I received was total garbage.

The actual dresses looked like horrible replicas! they didn't resemble the product photos at all! such a waste.

Sana Safinaz charges such crazy high rates for basic garbage.

I contacted them various times without a reply - surprise surprise. they sell their garbage and then disappear.

This is not the behaviour of a thriving company
Karma is going to get them :)

I wish i could give a zero as a rate. This company is actually a scum. I have had similar experience as everyone else here, regarding no refunds and missing order or becoming out of stock. The custom service line is so crap with no help. please reframe from ordering from here. The fact this company does not give out refunds out, you have to force out of them. when it is their mistake, amazes me!!!!!

I have made 3 separate purchases over the past few months and all arrived within a week. One order which was larger was in 2 separate shipments. No communication about this but when I what’s apped and emailed them they informed me the rest of the order was coming in another package. Quick and fast delivery, and easily contactable. I only paid the price which it stated online no additional customs or taxes on receipt.

Do not order from their website!! I ordered 5 pieces of items, only 3 arrived with no explanation on the other two’s whereabouts or a refund on my money. I emailed customer services who after many back & forth emails told me that two of my missing items were faulty which why I didn’t receive them and instead & I will get store credit. 3 days later I only received store credit on my significantly cheaper item out of the two. When I raised this they said there was only 1 missing item from their end despite their previous sales representative telling me both items were faulty. For the last week nobody has been getting back to me, I keep being told to remain patient (the same automated response). This has been such a terrible experience, all I wanted was either my item or my money back in store credit or refund on the item that was not delivered to me. I’m not sure why I’m being treated this way by such a big brand, it’s really disgusting that they are stealing peoples money & not delivering their goods. It’s theft! As an international customer, I will never order from them again and will definitely warn people. No other Pakistani brand operates this way! I regularly order from Khaadi & Elan & this has never happened.

Buyers be aware of what company you're dealing with!! Im sure you're looking at their Instagram and website mesmerized just like I was. I ordered several items and spent a ton of  money to receive incomplete packages. The outfit I thought I ordered was not what I received. To make mattes worse I can't get a hold of customer service. I emailed, dmed, whatsapp messaged,and Facebook messaged them.  Somehow the only feedback I get is though Facebook messenger and that's a freaken automatic response. Please save Yourself the trouble of going through this nightmare. This company is another shady company. I wish I knew before.

I am very satisfied with their service and the products. Bought two suits, which have been posted on time. First I got really scared by these reviews but my experience with them turned out excellent. First my order was made twice( which I had no idea about) Luckly my 2nd order's payment had been declined and I was able to cancel it by calling them. I called them several times to make sure my parcel arrives on time but they seemed to have no idea that they had already posted the item. They kept saying it is ware house ready to be posted. The suits I bought are very affordable and the quality is outstanding. Five stars Sana Safinaz...

Needed to use at least 3 channels to get a response from them. It turns out they reply only in Messenger. The customer service claims to be responsible for the online store only and would refuse to assist you with anything else. Very unprofessional!

I recently ordered 5 kurtis and a dupatta. 2 of the expensive kurtis were missing. I initially thought a second order would follow, but there has been no other deluveries from them. I have contacted them many times via email, via phone, they said they will look into it, but nothing has been done about it. My money has not been refunded. I am absolutely disappointed at their service. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

I recently placed an order for 3 items and was told my payment was not accepted so my order was cancelled - I placed the order again which was accepted - to my shock I was sent 2 orders of the same items- 2 payments were taken from my account- sana Safinaz have since disappeared!!! I have sent them several email I have Wasap called them numerous times Noo reply I called them as international call was on hold in queue for 10 mins- they are a biig scam and fraud!!!! I will never ever order again or recommend- it’s a stereotypical Pakistani organisation once they got your your money they don’t care- Noo such thing as customer care —
Awful experience

Made a huge order with them and they sent the two piece suit with the trousers being a size small and the shirt a large, they should have sent a medium but after contacting them and not hearing back I got my money back for that outfit from PayPal.
Two stars are for the remainder of the stuff they sent, not good quality and fit, so didn’t bother ordering again.

Sana safinaz are not designers, they are master scammers. Their pictures are insanely edited. Their clothes design on their website are highly enhanced which makes you think you're getting the exact same thing. Their original quality is worst than a copy print. I spent $450 on 8 suits and looks like I got my suits from a sewer in Pakistan. Their quality is disgusting. Their pictures are deceiving. Don't EVER THINK OF BUYING THEIR SUITS. The lace will be missing, the design will be altered, the quality is significantly poor. Notice the BORDERS, SlEEVE DESIGN, COLOR, FABRIC QUALITY. disgusting

I have never ordered from Sana Safinaz in Pakistan directly, therefore i cannot comment on shipping or customer service. However, i have a couole of times ordered from UK stockists. Does anybody else feel tge catalogue item looks completely different to what gets delivered?? Thin, clingy and cheap looking and see through. This is the designer and nit the actual uk stockists.

I would have given them Zero if there was an option. Their shipping item and their catalogue Item look completely different. In addition, they have terrible customer service. Will never ever place an order with them in future. Lesson learned

I placed the order for mother's day in the beginning of may 2020 for Hyderabad assuming they might take time for covid and same day I placed order for my eid clothes from Maria b to reach me in dubai and i received my Maria B order on the 19th of may and still today it's june 20th 2020 my mom didn't get it. Lot's of email exchanges and lot's of customer service calls from dubai to karachi and still my mom didn't receive a parcel from Karachi to Hyderabad.. I placed one pathetic order from here and lost a lot of fortune already on these calls..

I always admire Pakistani fashion online but didn't feel confident ordering. I kind of took the plunge and just went for it with Sana Safinaz (even though we're all in lockdown globally)

The Tunics have just been delivered and they're stunning. All beautiful fabrics and designs exactly as they appear online.

I'd give them 5* for quality and design but have taken a star off because they don't reply to emails when I enquired about estimated delivery times. They're here now and I'm very happy with them. Hope to order more

Order came on time very satisfied about the suit and it is excellent The suit I ordered online it was exactly the same when I recieved it

Horrible Horrible Horrible
Such horrible customer service, shopped online but accidentally put the wrong address on my pre paid order, my order is still in a middle of no where, have been calling them sent millions of emails but they just don’t reply, and I don’t know whats gonna happen yo my order,
Never ever buying from them again

I shop online very frequently but never had such a horrible experience.
I placed an order ~2 weeks ago. I didn’t receive any emails about the status of my order. I emailed them couple times and there is no response. Horrible customer service. I wish I had come across these reviews before and would not have placed this order.
I will not be shopping with Sana safinaz ever again. Its surprising how are they still in business if there customer satisfaction is so poor.
And just for comparison, I placed 2 orders with Maria B earlier this week, they have already contacted me with my order status and the orders have already been shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered a few kurtis from them. One kurti was not delivered as they said it was out of stock. No refund has been given. They never answer calls or reply to emails. Disgraceful for such a well known brand!
