Sanders Property Reviews

Excellent service: Stephen helped us rent out a house and now manages it. The process is made simple, communication is clear, and all aspects efficiently handled. highly recommended.

I had a really good experience with Stephen when searching for a new house. Right from the first contact, he was very helpful and customer-friendly. All the questions I had were answered promptly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Would recommend Sanders Property very much in case you are looking for a good letting agency.

Great experience working with Stephen to sell my property. Truly the best agent in the area having tried the others

My point of contact at Sanders Property was Stephen. He bent over backwards to get through all the procedural matters to get the tenancy agreement signed and has been super responsive since I moved in. He is very easy to contact and replies extremely promptly. Thoroughly recommended

Very happy with the service received so far from Sanders Property. I am a landlord and I had a good response to my listing, with the property being let in a few days. Communication was good throughout the process and happy with how things have gone so far.

Stephen is very responsive, much more so than larger agents I've rented with. Very friendly, always respectful and attentive to make our move-in easier. Only advice would be to consolidate some of the emails, to make it easier to keep track of everything when sorting a move. But so so so much better than larger agents that won't give you anywhere near as much time!

easy going Gentleman very helpful throughout the process all info was very prompt when needed and got the move processed for the date we required which was in a short time scale

Excellent speedy service

Stephen and his team takes really good care of my flat, so I do not need to worry about anything. If I have any questions relating to my flat, Stephen is always there.

Great service, highly recommended

I must say, Stephen is a really good person. He's enthusiastic, responsible, and incredibly quick to handle things and reply to emails. For landlords overseas, having a stable agent who provides excellent service is truly invaluable.

Sanders property handled all the procedures smoothly and on time

Shoutout to Stephen for being an incredible real estate agent! I’ve relied on him with my house for over 3 years, and his responsibility and attention to detail never disappoint. He answers all my questions patiently and solves problems efficiently—no matter how big or small. Even during the periods we didn’t have an agreement, he remained warm, passionate, and lightning-fast with responses. He’s not just an agent, but a reliable partner—definitely recommend Stephen to everyone!
