Received my knifes today and Amazing craftsmanship again building up nicely to the full set they are a pleasure to use and the feel of the handle is perfect and the sharpness is quality .

I'm disappointed with the sharpness of the knives that I bought as a present for my husband.

I would have thought razor-sharp meant scalpel-like sharpness.

I doubt my husband will be purchasing any more.

The site was easy to use, I ordered 2 knives and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and efficiency of the service, I will almost certainly use them again.

I am an avid cook. I have used many knives over my 69 years of life but this is by far the best knife I have ever used and plan on adding more to my collection!

These knives are of the highest quality, razor sharp and look real good. Couldn’t ask for more.

I was gifted a lovely set of Santoku knives. No issue with those! I then purchased a magnetic strip which was so weak that the knives slid down and fell off. The strip to secure the magnet to the wall was terrible too and also came crashing down. I sent videos to Santoku asking for a replacement or refund. Their customer service and support has been dire. I have had a couple of holding e mails saying they are ‘looking into things’ but two weeks later nothing more. No refund, no replacement, very poor communication. My knives are currently sitting in a plastic tub on the kitchen counter. I’m very annoyed and frustrated. These things are not at all cheap. The design, manufacturing quality and service leaves a lot to be desired.

I recently ordered my partner a Santoku black resin knife for Christmas just passed. After doing a lot of research on this I finally ordered one off santoku. When it arrived the wrong item was sent, which worried me as it was close to Christmas at the time, but the people from the customer care team I spoke to contacted me back within 48 hours and were so incredibly helpful and managed to get me my correct order in time for Christmas. When the correct order arrived, the item was beautifully made, well crafted and the handle was like nothing I’ve ever seen. I am so grateful for the care that was put in not just with the knife but with the individuals from the team that helped me with my problem. My partner loves the gift and I will be purchasing more from the collection!

The Chikashi Damascus Steel Knife with Abalone Handle was exactly as described and arrived in good time from placement of order. It is well balanced, has a beautiful handle, and an intricate design on the blade. The knife is a pleasure to use and is a valued addition to my kitchen utensils. Thank You

A well balanced beautiful set of knives which really make a statement in any kitchen with the stylish wooden knife block.

These knives are the Jaguars of the kitchen knife world. Perfectly weighted, gorgeous to look at, and as sharp as you'd like. I've ended up buying a full set two at a time - every time I thought I'd finished I ended up buying another! I particularly love the red and blue handled ones - I'm trying to resist buying another chef's knife as I have the black handle and the red is so gorgeous. I had a set I bought from another company which I returned so I could complete my set with Santoku and I'm so glad I did. Love them.

It was a Christmas gift to our son and takes pride of place in his kitchen.

I ordered knives from this company and all I ever hear from them is the auto response, we will get back to you. I have spent over 400€. Now I send emails and get no response. Latest I see was it was sent on Dec 3 and on Jan 3rd ot was sent back to shipper. There is no phone to contact them. I am totally frustrated and upset.

YES indeed on Jan 22nd I did finally receive my knives and they are wonderful. Wish they had not taken so long but they are great knives.

So disappointed in this company. I ordered a knife set on December 3, 2023 with my credit card and paid $379.99 and still have not received the knife set as of December 28th. I have sent numerous messages to Santoku with no response from company

I ordered knives and 4 days later they were cancelled with no explanation. I checked my cc and no refund has been made.
There’s no number to call and I still haven’t had an email response
