I have been wearing saxx for about 6 years because I know the founder of the company who has now sold this company. The product has just got so much worse since new owners have come in. I used to die on hill saying these are the best but now they’re insanely over priced they all shrink in the dryer and just not the same materials as the used to be. Judging by the reviews they just don’t care enough to try anything different. The original owner has made a new brand called b3neth I would check it out way better then saxx 👍

I have ordered at least 10 times. Never had any issues with shipment.
I work from home so I LOVE the softness and lightweight of the product.
T-Shirts underwear and snooze pants. Could they last longer I wish but I want the softness of the product.
I wish I bought a few of the snooze camo but they no longer have them in stock.
I am writing this because I use trust pilot to see about a company before I order anything now.

Very poor quality product. I got the worst chaffing from underwear I ever have, and they refused to give any refund or return, proudly standing behind their policies and not their product. The underwear has a sharp ridge that can do nothing but chaff, and customer service couldn't care less. They caught me and took my money and refuse to give it back. Avoid this shady, overpriced company.

Difficult to be objective.
I ordered a 5 pc kit after using their product for well over 10 years only to have 4 of the five (different colors as shown and advertised)to be smaller with the size being XL. Fit like small.
When I asked for this to be corrected and not a refund I was told that Black was no longer available. Being that I run and an E-commerce site I call bullshit. when an error happens It costs me to keep the customer and black is the most common color.
They lost a loyal customer to Manmade.

Developed holes and coming away at the seams after just 12 weeks! For the price I would expected better quality and to last longer!
Won’t be purchasing again

Ordered a pair by accident,got ahold of them right away….they said the order would be canceled got email stating the cancellation! Two days later I get an email saying order was shipped….. Faught with them for a week and I returned package not even opened, I was expecting a full refund until they tried ripping me off $12.80…..if you return something online to them please watch what they deposit you back !!! Customer service was absolutely horrible….

Package was lost in the mail. Attempted to outreach Saxx who sent me to Onward. Basically got bounced around between the two companies with no resolution to my claim. For the price they charge, you'd expect at least decent customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love the fit but am completely disappointed that they have ZERO variety for trunk style. I would buy a ton more if the trunks had half the variety the 5 and 6" boxers have. Too bad.

I purchased underwear, but when my package arrived, it was empty. I contacted Saxx and was told that because I purchased Onward shipping insurance, I needed to file my claim with Onward.
Unfortunately, the only way to contact Onward is by email, and they have not responded to my messages. Based on my experience, I would recommend not selecting Onward shipping insurance at checkout. It has been frustrating trying to get any assistance.

I started wearing Saxx about 10 years ago when I was a slightly overweight letter carrier. The Ballpark pouch design was a savior to my huevos. They are easily the most comfortable underwear I've ever purchased. A big problem is the stitching though. Almost every pair I've had has come apart at the seams. Most often at the waistband.

Received a gift card, Couldn't use gift card, noone will resopnd to my emails for support. Saxx has gone straight down the tubes. Don't buy this product.

EDIT: support reached out, they got the gift card sorted and were very kind about it. Review was 1 star, will change to 4 if product is delivered in order.

Got shipment in with nothing in package. Talked with a jhon on online messages and couldn't help, had to call. Then called and customer service told me to email. I emailed the address he told me and came back. So been on pold for half a hour with no response. Very unacceptable customer service. So looks like im out the money I paid for no product. This is ridiculous.

These under wears are nice but to expensive and they dont last to long ive had at least 9 of them and id say at least 6 have holes in them ill never buy these any more they aren't made to last more then 3to 6 months

They make great underwear but for some reason you never know if you are going to get the good ones. I just ordered a five pack in XL
Three are a perfect fit and two feel like they are size small
It’s always an adventure buying from this company as they have great and crappy that might come to your from door

I purchased 2 pair of your non stop stretch boxer briefs. I have never worn boxers before so I had no idea on size. I called and they referred me to the size chart and was told I am a medium. When I got them they were to large. I called and tried to get them exchanged for a size small. I was told they can't do that but I can return them. I explained they were on sale when I bought them but not now. They told me they couldn't match the price and because I live in the US, I will not get back my taxes or shipping fees. I won't do that again.

Not worth the price tag, junk!

I used to rave about Saxx underwear; especially when you could still buy the them made with bamboo. A pair would last a couple of years but the last batch I bought has worn out in 8months. When your focus is increasing margins by cutting corners on quality…… I can think of an Aesop fable that parallels this short term thinking…..

They use a terrible shipping company and the customer service is not responsive.
The shipping company will not ship to condo buildings without a signature, they ask that you are home, so I guess you have to take a day off work? I called them and they told me they would call me back within an hour to see if they could arrange a hold at a pick up point, that was a week ago, no answers. I've emailed them, and gotten a few replies of we'll get back to you, my order was shipped over a week ago and nobody knows where it is, no tracking, no answers. Not impressed! Shame on them!

UPDATE - SAXX RESOLVED THIS MATTER TO MY SATISFACTION.

Longer Term Quality concerns.
> Underwear completely loses structure
> Bathing suit colour fades away (no chlorine or pool, always rinsed off after swimming in salt water)

Warranty doesn't cover anything more than 1 year old. As a premium product with a premium price they should stand behind their product more.

Just a gimmac, cheap Asian quality. Doesn't do anything for your private area.
