Great communication and great insurance
We didnt need to claim anything on our holiday which was great but before our trip I found communication with Southern Cross absolutely amazing, I was able to get my questions answered and felt reassured when I took out this insurance. The policy was easy to understand and we were very happy with it and would definitely get it again on our next trip 😀

First Time Sothern Cross Travel Insurance User
Relatively simple to do online with competitive pricing. Policy is written in easy to understand language and clear about coverage. My only advice to Southern Cross would be to integrate the Delay Asssist option with original policy-having to create another account, password & authenticate to activate Delay Assist is tedious & surely can be simplified

We took out Travel Insurance for all the usual reasons ... just in case!! We never travel without it.
Thankfully not required for any reason, but we had/have absolute confidence in Southern Cross.
Comprehensive cover and conditions at a reasonable price is a bonus.

I won't leave home without it!
I felt like I had good comprehensive coverage for an affordable rate during my 7 week trip to the US. At 65, things could happen health-wise while travelling, but I did not have to worry about going bankrupt due to an illness or an accident. I appreciated that assurance. Thankfully, nothing did happen, but the insurance was there if it did.
