Excellent customer service
Seafresh had problem with delivery company. Was informed immediately that delivery would be delayed by a day. Received communication next day to ensure I had received my order and that everything was ok. Appreciated updates and concern that everything was ok without me having to make a call to find out so again excellent customer service with a problem that was beyond their control.

The quality of the fish is very good
The quality of the fish is very good, the tuna portions are generous and delicious, the king prawns are large and succulent and the Cromer crabs are unbeatable, a very successful order! Thank you Seafresh

Tried the breaded Plaice all bread not much fish just tried the Haddock topper, again nothing like the photo it was a thin piece of fish with a little sauce covered fully in breadcrumbs more like a batter . I was expecting a piece of fish topped with breadcrumbs as the photo. It was edible but not very enjoyable. I still have the cod en croute to try but not looking forward to them.
Will not be buying from this company again.
M&S fish range is far better.

Hello there, sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your order, The Haddock toppers are so popular, we have been selling those for 16 years and usually customer buy them again and again, the photo is of a Haddock Topper so I don’t know what to say on that, unfortunately some people like more breadcrumb and some less so it’s hard to please everyone. The plaice is a flat fish, it is a fillet of plaice, it’s thinner than most fish, we do have a breaded cod loin which is much thicker and more fish inside. The cod Encroute is just like a wellington, so if you like cod and pastry you will love it. The pastry will puff up lovely in the oven and the sauce inside is delicious. Personal taste / preference is the case sometimes, everyone likes different things but if you would like to try something else we can sort that for you? I would maybe try things that are not breaded or a thicker fish? I think you would like a dusted product rather than breaded (it’s not as much ) - The toppers i would always recommend but if they were not to your taste maybe the breaded cod loins, or we do have a lemon pepper haddock? If you DO like the cod encroute ( please give them a chance) we have salmon ones and smoked haddock ones to try? You ordered 3 products and it was your first order, so there is a lot more to try. I will send you an email, we want you to enjoy your order so it’s very disappointing for us to hear this and to get a 3 star rating. I wish you would have got in touch with customer services first and then they could have helped right away.

This was my first order. Rhoda was so helpful when I had to change the delivery date. Food quality absolutely stunning. I will certainly use Seafresh again.

It’s true! You get what you pay for and this could not be better.
We placed our first order and were delighted. We had salmon swordfish shellfish and some scampi. The quality is excellent as is the customer service when we needed to change the delivery date.
It all arrived perfectly frozen and when expected. I will be ordering again as the price makes the order fantastic value.

Great service, great delivery and superb fish!
Delivery by DPD is always quick and reliable. The fish quality is really lovely and dependable. Portions are always excellent - and the smoked haddock imperial is just heavenly!
