Decent service but does not always take all books. Lacks some flexibility there. But any issues I have always gets resolved in a prompt and satisfactory way.

Most books are rejected on Sell it Back. However, theyget good money on Ziffit or We Buy Books. Therefore, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to reach the minimum amount of either £10 or 10 books. I am going to delete this app as it does nothing but use space on my phone.

It took forever for Evri to deliver and for sell it back to credit me. The amount was small which has made me rather nervous about using them again.

The scanning of x00 books is fast and accurate.

Easy process to get book prices and drop the parcelled books for collection. Payment received a couple of days after delivery to Sellitback.
However, Evri took 19 days to deliver 75 miles - I could have walked there in that time. Would have been five stars otherwise.

The app is easy to use and I have always been paid for the items sent. As a constructive suggestion, it would be helpful for customers if we can see the delivery confirmation on the Evri tracking number so that we are more in the loop regarding the stage our trades are at.

My sale became lost somewhere between Evri and Sellitback. I emailed Sellitback customer services and had a very swift reply from Manjeet who was most helpful, polite and apologetic. I had my full sale honoured and paid to me very quickly and also the assurance that the problem with the courier is being worked on. I will definitely continue to use Sellitback despite this hiccup as the service I received from Manjeet was truly second to none.

Exceptional customer service
As has been pointed out by others, they pay out when a parcel has been lost.
App is also very easy to use and accessible.
Only improvement points would be:
(1) Fix the issue with Evri loosing parcels on occasion
(2) Offer slightly higher pricing for more popular or recently published books

Very good customer service .
The carrier they use Evri seems to loose parcels on occasions but when lost they pay up in full under insurance.
Have some concerns that a few high value items have been rejected on the basis of "quality"-other buyers are not perfect but 'Sell it back' seem very strict.

Easy to use, and accepted more books than similar websites. Timely payout. One star off because their condition guidelines are stricter than their competitors, that is, they reject books that others would accept. To be fair, that is apparent on the website, but it means I'd always look elsewhere first.

App itself is good, gives competitive prices. Wish they did courier collection, but not the end of the world. Granted it was my mistake I did not read they don't accept books with library stamps etc, BUT.... it's a massive shame they don't return them, other selling companies do! And... ALL other selling companies accept books with library stamps so didn't think there was much need to read T&C's to be honest! As everyone knows just don't send damaged items. So it's really disappointing to see they 'recycle' books just because they have library stamps, although they were in new condition... and i bought it second hand with a library stamp! So, I don't see what the issue is, as none of the other companies care. I also wonder whether they do actually recycle them or not.. i'm sure they must sell them on.. why destroy a like new book because of a library stamp? So now they have either recycled or sold on perfectly good books.. and say they won't give them back.. interesting..
Helpful Experience directly with SIB. Courier lost some of the boxes items and SIB paid directly in full. Would use again.
